Please explain to me HOW it can it aid fat loss?

Doesn't this stuff do the opposite of fish oil in a sense and we all know fish oil fascilitates fat loss.

Again, I really enjoy taking this product so this is not a bash, just an inquiry as I wish to learn more about it's purported fat burning mechanisms.

It triggers inflammation in your muscles which will signal the need for repair. The repairing process will boost your metabolic rate and calorie expenditure. Your caloric needs will be higher and if you do not increase your intake accordingly you will lose weight.

It's a rough ride though. Pain is a lot more intense since you eat less!!

I did once. It's the only time I've ever cut while gaining mass.
