DOMS already?

Im at the end of my 1st week of X-factor, and the last 2 workouts have left me with some more intense soreness than ive had in a LONG time. I didnt think it kicked in this fast, or could it be another reason?

oh its not a problem, i was just surprised. i changed my upper routine a TINY bit, but nothing new on my legs and my quads felt it.

I do like it though

Heh, either that or it doesn't really work as claimed. :p

But it's not uncommon for some people to develop DOMS early in an Xfactor cycle. How are you dosing the XF?

man i love doms. It feels like you had a productive workout. Do the doms keep coming during the whole xfactor cycle??
 
Awesome. By the way im on a cut right now and got 8 wks to go but i just got my 2 bottles to run a 50 day. Is it a waste to use on a cut or should i wait for the bulk period. . Does one still get the good ol doms regardless of cutting or bulking??
I heard xfactor helps leaning out when on a cut. True?
 
XF helps greatly on a cut. But I find it too difficult to do it, just because when you feel sore, you want to eat more to recover faster, it's weird lol. But it works extremely well if you can handle the hunger increase and DOMS :)
 
Awesome, i think i'll do it. I always strive to get a good lasting soreness and it seems that it gets harder for this to happen on a cut. Im starting to believe more and more in aa as im definitely lacking it now that im doing mostly lean protein and veggies so xfactor should help me with the post training response.

A bit more questions:
HOw far appart should i spread the doses per day? should i avoid dosing close to bedtime?, ive heard about sleepiness issues with some folks. Also, would it be better to workout more often to better reap the benefits of the aa in xfactor trainning mor eoften for instance? Im plannin to go from 4 workouts per week to 5 a week.

Dose it hower you like. I prefer to use 2 caps pre workout. The rest doesn't really matter.

Yes, if you have sleep issues you can take it earler no problem. I never had this problem though..
