M-1 = Fedor for hire?

Remember when M-1 was supposed to take the MMA world by storm and be a UFC competitor. Now it seems like all they do is loan out Fedor. I'm starting to think that with the possible emergence of Dream as Pride 2.0, they will amount to nothing.
