Ok guys i just started MMA and lets just say i got my ass kicked. What are some good staples outside of protein and creatine that you like to use to increase endurance or whatever may help you get through the rigorous training?

I really like l-tyrosine for focus/energy. Cheap and effective.
I dont think its so much the focus its the endurance for me. Endurance sucks for me. Ill get through it, its just gonna be tough for me mentaly and physicaly. Changing how i am to an all new style.
Muscle fiber adaptation takes a while. Learning to relax is also very important.
I don't think any supp I've ever tried has made any noticeable difference.
