| Registered User | Training for MMA Have any of you heard of this guy? Watch the videos, they are f*ckin' crazy. I WANT to be able to train like this guy, though I don't have my own space to put all the tires and whatnot. Check it out: RossTraining - Bridging The Gap Between Ordinary and Extraordinary I've never heard of this guy, but his training seems like the real deal. |

| Avant Research Rep Board Sponsor | You will find that type of training at most MMA schools. Nothing innovative or fancy, just tried and true basics. | Registered User | Rodja's right, that's pretty much basic training for MMA... a lot of consentration on conditioning along with strong explosive movements. What tires most people out is going from 0 to 100 and back to 0 20 times a minute. Unless you train like you're going to fight you will get gassed really quiclky. |
