Training for MMA

Have any of you heard of this guy? Watch the videos, they are f*ckin' crazy. I WANT to be able to train like this guy, though I don't have my own space to put all the tires and whatnot. Check it out:

RossTraining - Bridging The Gap Between Ordinary and Extraordinary

I've never heard of this guy, but his training seems like the real deal.

You will find that type of training at most MMA schools. Nothing innovative or fancy, just tried and true basics.

If you train at a school that's like that, you are lucky. I doubt that all of them are that intense. But I am obviously not as familiar with that scene as you are.

The dedicated fighters use methods similar to this and have for years. I know that Fedor does most of those things and he trains in Russia.

Rodja's right, that's pretty much basic training for MMA... a lot of consentration on conditioning along with strong explosive movements.

What tires most people out is going from 0 to 100 and back to 0 20 times a minute. Unless you train like you're going to fight you will get gassed really quiclky.
