Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou

Ok guys I ordered the PPV when Soko KO'ed Lil Nog, never would have seen that coming the Nog bro's don't get KO'ed. Then he turns around and does the same thing to Arona one of my favs.

Who would ya'll like to see him fight next? No need for a tune up fight since he KO'ed 2 of the top 10.

Shogun is who I want to see him fight. I love Shogun and I believe no one at his weight can hang with him.

Thoughts

I think Shogun should get his shot at Hendo for the title. He's been waiting around for while. But that is a good fight to see eventually. Wand needs a couple cans to rebuild his confidence IMO. I'd like to see him take on Chuck honestly, but in Pride I guess that just leaves Nakamura or Overeem.

I'm on the Sok (to make Alex mad) bandwagon, but I'd like to see how he reacts in a longer fight where he doesn't get the under 2 min KO.

I'm definitely looking forward to his next fight. I saw his fight with Glover Texieira, and Sok got KO'd bad, but I read a rumor that he was fighting with 2 broken hands, but needed the $$$$ to send to his family in Cameroon. I don't know if that is true.

Video Sokoudjou vs Glover_Teixeira - WEC, PRIDE, pride, Pride, Teixeira - Dailymotion Share Your Videos

Check it out. Teixeira had crazy hands in the fight. I'm surprised we haven't heard more from that guy. If the rumor is true, it makes sense that he lost so badly. Two rapid KO's vs. 2 of the best at 205 is a bit much to be a fluke.

The Teixiera guy seems to have some good skills. I also heard that BlackSok has injured hands in the fight, but in an interview when he's asked about that fight he mentions nothing about having broken hands. Pretty much says he just lost, wasn't at his best. We've really only seen about 25% of BlackSok's game, but that 25% is pretty damn good. IMO he'll lose to Chuteboxe's deadly duo.

Wouldn't that be nice to see Chuck and Wandy. I hope Wandy rebounds from his losses. I like Hendo alot but I want to see Shogun with the belt.

Overeem would be a decent matchup for Soko well for 2 minutes he seems to gas fast. A rematch with Nog would be good too.

I saw that interview, too, but he was going off about people making excuses, so he couldn't really give an excuse for himself in the same interview.

I would like to see RTS against Chute Boxe, but I think they are a little preoccupied on Hendo at the moment. It would make for a nice Team Quest/Chute Boxe rivalry though.

Throw in Lindland v Ninja and it could be its own PPV.

Sure would, that would be one of the best IFL matchups.

I actually meant Soko vs. Chuck. Wandy needs to get that fire back first before he takes on Chuck IMO, but it should happen eventually. Welcome aboard UNCfan.

OT: I tried to get tickets to an IFL event recently because Marcos Ruas was taking on Maurice Smith. THey were like $60 each for the cheap seats with fees. I'm not gonna that much to see mainly no-names.

Thanks for the welcome. Soko and Chuck would be good too. Interested in Rampage/Liddell 2. Hoping it goes the same as the first time.
