I won my fight last night!

Last night was great. Everyone from my gym who fought won. The guy I was fighting outweighed me by 20 pounds, and is a Kung Fu teacher at his gym. I made him tap out in about 30 seconds! I feel so happy now it's great!

My eye is slowly getting better. I've still got some blurriness but it's improving every week.

My teacher is a former Thai Boxer from Thailand. So our stand up is Muay Thai. He also teaches us Wrestling, Jujitsu, and Chino. Chino is Chineese jujitsu, we think it's a style that hasn't gotten out yet. Theres moves he's taught us that we've never seen on ufc or anything.

Anyways the play by play. We both went for a leg kick right away. I landed mine and it sent him to the ground. I jumped into side mount, elbowed him in the body a few times. Then I dropped a knee on his gut and took the mount. He pretty much gave me his arms and tried bucking a little. I went for an arm bar but half way through committing I could tell he was about to try and counter. So I saw his neck was open and I switched to a rear naked choke and tapped him out.

The damage to his eye happened long prior to the fight. There is a thread on it somewhere on here.

Hey - congrats :)
I love fighting the kung fu guys, they tend to leave their middle open all the time - great for body shots. Plus they are pretty helpless when you take them down, they usually give you their arms straight away - who am I not to take it?

Congrats, man
