| Registered User | Bas Fight Workout Anyone want to weigh in on this? I tried it with improvised stuff like push up variations, dips, different improvised leg stuff etc. I was pretty winded after 4 cycles, and done after 6. I know it's probably not the greatest in the world, but seems pretty good for something quick at home. |

| Moderator Board Moderator | Bas is a freak of an athlete. If you like training and Bas, then I would suggest getting his training CD(It is Bas calling combinations and sprawling etc). It is really good and a challenge that you can do virtually anywhere. size is a fictitious character. Respect yourself and others will respect you. |

| Registered User | ive got most of Bas training stuff (one of the few guys i trust as far as the other training tapes / dvds go) his MMA workout is crazy intense, and i use his boxing drills when i work the heavy bag, but theyre equally tiring only shadow boxing. |
