Just got a new video camera and for kicks i taped me
rolling with one of the fighters at my gym

Hes way smaller than me, but (obviously) far more technical.

Yeah he is the triangle master.. the first he just about choked out unconcious with a gator roll, that **** was on tight.

I added a bunch more vids, some with some standup sparring as well, all these were taken last week at my old club. The ripped dude is john.. hes like 36 years old, better shape than ANYONE i know and a ripped 190.
The dude stood up with my 230lb freind jerry on his back trying to choke him out!
