Although Antonio Rogerio Nogueira has his hands full preparing to face undefeated Phil Davis this weekend at “UFC Fight Night 24,” and Junior dos Santos has been occupied with filming the 13th season of “The Ultimate Fighter” opposite Brock Lesnar, it didn’t stop the Brazilians from working on dos Santos’ potential finishing move against the former WWE superstar.
Lightweight Anthony Pettis debuted his “Showtime Kick” in a real fight at WEC 53 last December. While the unforgettable strike will go down in MMA lore, the only thing it was missing was Ben Henderson getting knocked out cold.
Perhaps perfection can only be achieved with the addition of another 85 pounds of heavyweight power?
