i love all the saints who post here...
If he really did do this let him go to jail and get raped or throw him in the ring vs carwin? wtf get a ****ing life... Thank god this country has reasonable legal actions... maybe you wall should move to some 3rd world country where when you steal you get ur hands cutoff etc... since none of you seem to make a mistake...
ANd im not even protecting tito, if he beat her hit her etc.. take him to jail, but punish him according to the law not according to some dbag opinons on the messages boards... damn
04-28-2010, 04:48 AM
thats what these boards are for....most people are kidding because tito tends to be an *******. I wasnt kidding in when of my later statements about jenny having sh!t done to her. That sucks and is a strong reason shes a porn star. I cant believe anyone would want to date someone with that track record.
on another note i bet tito might have done something very small which isnt right but not jail or fine worthy. now the press will blow this up and hurt his career and mental factor for his next fight and now his careers over. So i hope he doesnt get too involved in this and it gets dropped and he trains hard for his next fight as an MMA fan I hope to see him back.

anyone see tito's quick press statement? they said jenna has been addicted to oxy's for a long time and had a relapse. so the bruise or whatever on her arm could be from him trying to restrain her. guy was crying his eyes out and sounded like he really cared. i believe him. she didnt have any other damage visible and who even knows if that arm is damaged at all. i mean in a drug addict's world its much easier to call the cops and send the dude to jail than face the embarassment of relapsing. tito might be a douche bag but i doubt he is a wifebeater.

I hate tito but if i had to guess he didnt do anything really. maybe took some force like you said about her addiction.

In light of what seems to be the case I do have sympathy for Ortiz. I initially assumed after hearing the details that he may have treated her roughly in trying to save her from herself but without malicious intent. Ortiz is a large man at 6'1 and well over 200lbs (I'm sure he walks around at 225). But the fact that he is adamant that he never TOUCHED her makes me think either he really never touched her or that it was more than him trying to restrain her. I know for myself I did have an issue with a woman I cared about who had an addiction problem. I never hit her but did restrain on several occasions which did leave marks on her arms. I never meant to hurt her and only wanted to save her from doing something that would kill herself. In the end you can't turn mud into gold though. I think Tito learned this. But in cases of domestic abuse its taken too lightly. Someone commented if a celebrity wife hit their husband that no one would care. Well name me a 200+ lb woman who is a former collegiate wrestler and UFC champion who beats their husband and I'll agree with you. I've knocked out a guy, knocked his jaw into his ear almost for hitting a woman before and would again in a heartbeat. I just see red and don't care if it's a midget or a 400lb gorilla (although women are the dominant sex in many gorilla clans so it'd be an exception).

And by the way, in most instances, female-to-male abuse involves the use of weapons - so, I really do not need to show you a 200+lb former collegiate wrestler, as a 150lb woman with a bat, a pot, a pan, etc., can be quite persuasive. (It is much more prevalent than you think, by the way.) I am also sure that male abuse victims are comforted knowing that you would defend them should a 400lb female gorilla attack them, which is apparently the only legitimate instance of female-to-male abuse.
At any rate, that was not my point. The point is the massive double standard that exists with regard to popular opinion on instances of domestic abuse: if a man is suspected of physically abusing his wife, then he is convicted a priori in the court of public opinion; if a female is suspected of the same act, with the same legal ramifications, same outcome on the victim, we let it slide. The fact is this: no spouse, male or female, should abuse their spouse, male or female. The disgusting nature of beating somebody and violating the trust of a supposed love one is not dependent on the victim having a penis or a vagina.

There is a different standard for men and women in regards to domestic violence. Look at how hard it is for a man in most areas to obtain RO or OOP even with proof of abuse... The legal system is designed to protect people from being wrongfully accused and forced into becoming a convict if innocent. That is why people become mad at the legal system when they know or hear about a victim. But if those same people were ever charged with a crime they will realize how much weight any criminal charges carry and the burden it brings for a defense. I personally choose to wait for verdict from a criminal court...
No, I am not condoning or excusing the alleged actions of the man. . .

I've been accused of domestic violence in the past. Let me just say that even though this case could be true, it is also very possible that Jenna has a motive for accusing him of this that we will probably never know about. When I was accused of mine I didn't even touch the girl. But, she realized just having a police report against me for DV, she could take full custody of my son. Thankfully my brain was able to disprove her story. Give the man the benifit of the doubt until all the facts are present. Us men get screwed enough by the legal syatem the way it is.

all i gotta say is what was he thinking even marrying/getting together with this broad???? im sure he used to watch her movies and all but you gotta know deep down that shes gonna come with a whole bag of issues. if not physical (herp, etc) then definitely mental. thats like marrying a rockstar and hoping hes got a clean bill of health. with that said i hope it works out for him

Originally posted Apr 29th 2010 10:08 AM PDT by TMZ Staff
TMZ has learned former UFC champ Tito Ortiz and baby mama/former porn star Jenna Jameson are withdrawing allegations that led to Tito's felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.
Jenna, who accused Tito of injuring her during an argument, now tells TMZ, "What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in." Translation -- he didn't hurt me.
As for Tito, we're told he's now backing off what he strongly insinuated ... that Jenna is an OxyContin addict. We're told Tito's position now is that he found two OxyContin pills and may have jumped to conclusions. Jenna says the pills were very old. And, as we first reported, Jenna tested negative for drugs this week.
Tito's lawyer, Chip Matthews, tells TMZ the whole thing was "a big misunderstanding."
One more thing ... Sources say Tito stands to lose $15 million if he's prosecuted for domestic violence -- the money accounts for his UFC contract as well as other businesses.

And if you think this country has reasonable legal actions when it comes to abuse you are sadly misinformed. But what would I know! I'm just one of the dbags".

crimes against anyone who is less capable of defending themselves.. women, children, handicapped, elderly, etc etc are especially vicious in my opinion and those offenders deserve swift and extreme punishments.
Agree or Disagree it's your choice. But don't make that judgment until you've had to console someone at 3am after being rapped. I would gladly take that cowards life if I ever find him. Because that's what he did to someone I love. Her life will NEVER be the same. Why should his.
So F*CK yes I'm extremely harsh when it comes to punishments
