You can watch recent MMA shows there or watch pretty much anything (Episodes from TV, NEW movies, etc.)

Downside: If you have XP be careful cuz it won't warn you that the site installs ad software when you download their client. It's harmless however, it's just to show some ads on your comp. If you have Vista you'll see it.
