    A little part of me died when Big Nog lost...


    ...anyone else? Such heart, determination, and skill. The wars have finally caught up to him. I'm not giving up though. Call me a blind nuthugger, I think he needs to take 6 months off, heal up and come back ~10lbs lighter like he normally is.

    He supposedly had a staph infection. I don't know if I trust it 100%, but it's hard to believe that he's sank that far.

    There's something that no amount of skill can prevent and that's getting caught w/ a bomb on the sweet spot by a fist covered by a thin ass glove.

    Only Fedor (amongst the top people in MMA) can't get caught lol.
