| Registered User | Cordygen5 with meals or empty stomach? I read a bunch of posts but didn't see this clearly asked. On non-training days, should I take the 3 caps with or without food? What time is the ideal? Thanks! |

I take all three caplets on an empty stomach 45-60 minutes pre-workout or cardio on training days and split them up with meals on days off.
