Give it at least 1-1.5 hours after your last meal to allow S-GH to have it's full effect. You could take it with Purple Wrath with no issues at all. I personally take mine in the vacinity of my BCAA's nightly. Leucine does have an effect on insulin but it is so short lived that it won't interfere with the S-GH.

If you feel like you couldn't allow this amount of time between food and S-GH try taking S-GH sublingually in 2 half scoop servings. This will help you avoid the issue if it becomes one.
