MST Somnidre-GH write-up
Somnidren-GH™is an ultra potent, target response sleep and growth hormone potentiator formulated to maximize recuperative REM sleep & Growth Hormone production while reducing stress and anxiety promoting a favorable anabolic environment while sleeping.
We all know that the pituitary gland is our master endocrine gland effecting all hormonal stasis and functions of the body. The most important hormone secreted by the pituitary to an athlete is growth hormone (GH or Somatotropin) due to its governing effects on recovery, repair, lean muscle growth and metabolism. Somnidren-GH™ provides GH secretion by supporting the GABA, dopamine, serotonin and acetylcholine neurotransmitters. Somnidren-GH™ goes one huge step further by ensuring that GH remains active and viable longer by inhibiting somatostatin.
Somnidren-GH™ is the only growth hormone potentiator to include Somatostat-X™, a potent somatostatin inhibiting blend to keep GH active longer without rapid metabolization. Somatostatin once released quickly promotes GH breakdown squandering its effects. The longer somatostatin is inhibited the longer serum GH levels can remain elevated leading to the vast, sustained benefits we all seek.
Unlike most HGH products Somnidren-GH™ is free of sugar and carbs and will NOT elicit an insulin reaction. This is a major problem for 99% of the HGH products on the market because if insulin is present growth hormone will NOT be secreted. Many HGH products on the market are as much as 50% carbohydrate (yes, maltodextrin counts too). These products will not work efficiently and are not worth your hard earned cash!
Let’s break it down!
Somnidren-GH™ contains Butyrotropin™, a precise combination of Gamma-Amino-Butyric-Acid (GABA) and 4-Amino-3-Phenylbutyric-Acid (Phenibut) for rapid assimilation and absorption. This ratio of GABA and Phenibut combined with Vitamin B-6 provides a higher affinity for crossing the blood brain barrier to yield potent GH releasing effects. GABA is classified as an amino acid and inhibitory neurotransmitter that ultimately signals the pituitary to release HGH.
GABA and its various derivatives have been shown in vast numbers of scientific studies to promote significant increases in plasma growth hormone levels that can rival the effects of potent pharmaceutical compounds. One such study titled "Effect of acute and repeated administration of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) on growth hormone and prolactin secretion in man", conducted at the First Medical Clinic at the University of Milan in Milan, Italy shows just how effective GABA is at elevating plasma GH levels. The study showed that in all of the 19 subjects studied, (compared with 18 controls) plasma growth hormone levels were significantly elevated (above 5 ng/ml) by the oral dosing of GABA without elevation in prolactin. This study showed that 90 minutes after GABA administration plasma growth hormone levels rose to over 5X (five times) baseline levels. This enormous increase is unmatched by any other natural or nutritional means studied. Very exciting to say the least!
Well, here is the rub! Most GABA studies don’t mention how long the increased serum GH levels remained active. The endocrine system is incredibly complex and governed by an intricate set of checks and balances dubbed “negative feedback”. If GABA can increase serum GH levels by over five times why don’t we see it having huge applications in athletics in the form of major performance enhancement? The answer is somatostatin! Somatostatin is the negative feedback constituent to Somatotropin (GH). When somatostatin is released it triggers the metabolization and destruction of growth hormone. As with any negative feedback mechanism the more GH secreted by the pituitary the more somatostatin is secreted to stop it and trigger rapid break down. This is where Somnidren-GH™ shines. We’ve added Somatostat-X™, a potent somatostatin inhibiting complex to allow elevated GH levels to remain viable and active longer.
Dopamine! Not only does dopamine have a direct and dramatic impact on the secretion of GH but there is ample scientific evidence that GABA’s effect on growth hormone is mediated by a dopaminergic mechanism. This means that GABA may need dopamine to be present and active to elicit its powerful GH stimulating effects. Somnidren-GH™ contains L-dopa extracted from Mucuna Pruriens as well as L-Tyrosine and Phenylethylamine (PEA) to bolster dopamine levels and work synergistically with GABA to greatly enhance GH release.
L-Theanine has been added for its unique ability to increase endogenous GABA, dopamine and serotonin. L-Theanine has also been shown to increase alpha brain waves while suppressing beta brain waves leading to deeper relaxation and brain calmness enabling a faster transition into REM sleep. L-Theanine may also inhibit MAO-B which may allow for dopamine to remain active longer.
Acetylcholine! Many experts agree that the key to healthy growth hormone levels is proper cholinergic tone in the brain. Somnidren-GH™ incorporates Choline Bitartrate, DMAE Bitartrate, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Vitamin E to bolster acetylcholine levels and provide an optimal cholinergic environment for GH secretion. Acetylcholine is also a powerful inhibitor or somatostatin allowing for prolonged GH circulation and effectiveness.
Somatostat-X™ is a unique somatostatin inhibiting blend formulated to keep growth hormone levels bolstered and effective. There are very few natural compounds that will effectively inhibit somatostatin alone. Somatostat-X™ incorporates a powerful, synergistic blend of Pantothenic acid, Pantethine, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Cysteine, Vitamin E, Magnesium and Zinc to increase CoEnzyme-A and Cysteamine which work hand in hand with increased levels of acetylcholine to delay and minimize the release of somatostatin. Even a slight decrease in somatostatin levels when GH is elevated can have tremendous overall effects on recovery, repair, increased lean mass and fat loss. Nearly 99% of all GH products on the market don’t incorporate any somatostatin inhibition and the ones that do are extremely under dosed and ineffective.
Blood sugar and blood lipid levels are also a factor in GH and somatostatin release. Somnidren-GH™ is formulated without sugar or carbohydrate to ensure that there is not insulin response since insulin is a key trigger for somatostatin. Any growth hormone product with even a minute amount of carbs or sugar will not work effectively! Although Somnidren-GH™ is meant to be taken on an empty stomach to avoid insulin interference the addition of N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Vitamin B-6 and Pantothenic Acid will also help to keep blood sugar and lipid levels down for optimal performance of the product. To remain hormonally correct try to take Somnidren-GH™ on as empty of a stomach as possible.
Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement take one six gram serving (a slightly rounded tablespoon) 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime without food or carbohydrate. As a daytime stress reliever Somnidren-GH™ may be taken in 1/4 or 1/2 doses to help further combat stress and anxiety. *Note: You may experience the sensation of heaviness in the body accompanied by deeper respiration after consumption, this is normal. Do not consume more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period.
Important! Shake container before each use. Close lid tightly after use. Store in a cool place away from moisture or humidity. Settling and clumping are normal for the materials in Somnidren-GH™. Shake or stir the container and the powder will go back to its original state.

FAQ's are below!

Q: Why is Somnidren-GH™ so effective?
A: Somnidren-GH is super concentrated and unadulterated allowing for maximum synergy between the ingredients. Unlike most growth hormone products Somnidren-GH™ synergistically addresses the most important aspects of growth hormone release and sustain. Most GH products on the market usually only address one aspect of GH release and try to beef up their serving size with maltodextrin or other carbohydrate which is detrimental to the release of GH.
Q: Is it really necessary to take Somnidren-GH on an empty stomach?
A: YES! We recommend taking Somnidren-GH at least 2 hours after your last meal for best results. Any insulin or excess lipids in your blood steam will negate a maximal GH release. You will find that your night time casein protein right before bed is not needed to maintain an anabolic environment. In fact food consumed right before bedtime regardless of source usually negates growth hormone completely for a period of time and is most likely slowing your repair and growth down. Tip: You will find that time released proteins are far more effective when taken at least 2 hours before bedtime when using Somnidren-GH than when taken alone right before retiring. Somnidren-GH is much more effective and will yield greater results when taken on an empty stomach. It’s the hormonally correct thing to do. Don’t believe the myth that you have to consume food or protein right before bed to stay anabolic and grow. Growth hormone prevents catabolism and promotes anabolism while you sleep, not protein.
Q: Is Somnidren-GH™ safe?
A: Yes, as long as you use it as directed, read all of the warnings prior to use and are not excluded from use by any item stated in the warning.
Q: Is Somnidren-GH™ safe for long term use?
A: Yes! But, we recommend taking Somnidren-GH™ for 20 nights on and 5-7 nights off to avoid building tolerance or negative feedback loop interference. By cycling Somnidren-GH™ in this manor you ensure that you reap the benefits without the product becoming less effective over time due to down regulation of receptor sites. Some find it effective to use a 5 nights on and 2 nights off protocol.
Q: Is Somnidren-GH™ natural?
A: Yes! Somnidren-GH™ is comprised of natural ingredients and contains zero artificial colors, preservatives or sweeteners like aspartame or ace-k. Somnidren-GH™ uses minimal amounts of stevia and xylitol for sweeteners and contains less than 2 tenths of one percent of sucralose per serving to smooth the flavor out. Most popular HGH products contain maltodextrin, aspartame and artificial colors and preservatives, but NOT Somnidren-GH™.
Q: Who can use Somnidren-GH™?
A: Anyone who needs to support sleep, recovery, lean mass growth or fat loss. We recommend that Somnidren-GH™ is used only by healthy adults over the age of 18.
Q: Who Should NOT use Somnidren-GH™?
A: Somnidren-GH™ should NOT be used by anyone who suffers from sleep apnea, narcolepsy or any related sleep disorder, any mental illness including bipolar disorder, alcohol or drug dependency or by individuals who are currently taking prescription or over the counter medication including but not limited to opiates or opiate derivatives, sleep aids, other GABA supplements, MAO inhibitors, SSRI or any other anti-depressant, alcohol or recreational drugs.
Q: When is the most effective time to take Somnidren-GH™?
A: Take Somnidren-GH™ 30-60 minutes prior to bed time when you can commit 7-8 hours to sleep. Somnidren-GH™ may also be taken in smaller doses during the day to enhance GH release and combat stress and anxiety. NOTE: Never take Somnidren-GH if there is a chance that you will be driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery or heavy equipment within 7-8 hours as your reflexes may be slowed or impaired.
Q: What are the side effects from Somnidren-GH™?
A: Shortly after consumption some individuals may experience a tingling or flushing sensation which is normal and subsides after 10-15 minutes. Some people experience a heavy feeling accompanied by changes in respiration (deeper breathing), this effect is normal and subsides in 2-10 minutes for most. Some users may experience drowsiness upon wakening especially if enough time wasn’t devoted to sleep. Note: Some individuals may experience a short period of energy (15-60 minutes) before Somnidren-GH™’s full effects kick in. This is uncommon, but a normal effect for few.
Q: Can I take more than one serving before bed?
A: Yes. Some people over 200 pounds may find it beneficial to take one and a half to two servings prior to bed. This is not needed for the majority as one serving is sufficient. Do not take more than two servings in a 24 hour period.
Q: Can I stack Somnidren-GH™ with any other night time products?
A: Somnidren-GH™ may be stacked with ZMK™ since they work on separate pathways and compliment one another very well. Some people find this stack very strong so assess the stacked dose one night at a time before increasing. The addition of ZMK will further enhance sleep, testosterone and IGF-1 levels leading to enhanced recovery.

Why the "other Gaba based products" under the warning? I though gaba did not have dosing issues, does that apply to specific products? I am considering using it with Controlled Labs' White Flood, but that seems to have gaba as one of the ingredients, should this be a problem?

Is there really a benefit of taking it before sleep, rather than during the waking hours? I mean, during the sleep I am not really aware of what my body is feeling to begin with, how do I know if this supplement is actually working?

you can use S-GH pre w/o if you so choose by taking a half scoop along with a stim type product to see the GH effects that way. You will not get the sleep benefits of the product by doing this, but you will "feel" an immediate difference if thats what you're looking for. The way you "feel" Somnidren working is by your workouts being better and by the difference in your muscle tone and mass for the month you use the product. This isn't like a stim where you "feel" the energy. It's a product carefully created for people with a keen sense on what works and does not work inside their body and it was made for sheer results rather than for the "feeling" of something "working".
Many people feel heavier limbs, deeper breathing, getting lifted off to sleep faster, and intense vivid dreams from S-GH. If you have not noticed these effects, wait a few days. Some people don't notice these effects but still notice that they have better workouts because of the deep recooperative sleep they gained, and they are growing in size and strength because they know their bodies well enough that they are sure when a supplement is or is not working.
i hope that generally helped you, and I hope once a few days have passed you can appreciate the product for what it is. Simply the best GH releasing product taken pre-sleep on the market today.
