Athlytes kick a$$, who knew that a simple product could provide outstanding and consistent effects, beats any other so called endurance/electrolyte product I've come around and it goes hand in hand with Cre02 or C5/vo2 and it really shines PWO for me.

whew...long time coming fellas. Glad to see it finally loaded up. I can't even begin to tell you all the good uses i've found for this product. The absolute most noticable for me is the day after an intense workout/game before eating anything for the day. Amazing.

Then if I go over a hour take 2caps ?
Postworkout take 2caps ?
Is that how the dosing goes ?

The ideal dosing is to take as you fatigue and sweat. The hotter it is, the more you would need to take as you are getting more and more depleted of minerals. The dosing you listed looks fairly decent
