I added another 50 pounds to what I usually work with. Thats unheard of for me. I hope it keeps working this well, "pump" type products Arginine AKG and the like work well for me too when I first start them after some time off but the effects die quick. If Beta-Alanine doesnt do this, it will be a new staple for me.

Just for reference I use:
Pre-workout : 2 caps Hardcore Shred XS, 3 caps RPM, 3 caps Carnage, 4 caps BluePrint, and one scoop stim-free Blue Raz Ragnarok.
General health : CL's Orange Triad multi, EGCg, fish oil, magnesium, zinc.
Protein : Ergopharm IGF-pro, Body Fortress Whey
BCAA's: Xtend Lemonade
I also started Napalm on tuesday.
Im planning on taking a break from the RPM and Blueprint soon, gonna run Citruvol and CordygenV02!!!!
Anyway, it has to be attributed to the Beta-Alanine, and I hope it works like this permanently!!!!

haha well congrats. Thats quite an outrageous stack, but if it works..then awesome. I loved RPM for the 18 days I had it and I can imagine mixed with Ragnarok its something fierce! I use stim free warrior melon, haha.

Oh ok. Yeah, Ive had some good fortune this year as far as money is concerned so I went a little nuts on supps. The ironic thing is, the past 4 months (while going from 5'5", 162 %18 bf to 148 %13 bf all the while making strength increases) have been some of the most successful for me as far as bodybuilding goals are concerned. Taking 12 multi-colored pills and a scoop of rag before every workout seems like a lot but man do I feel good in the gym!!!
I am going to cut it down a bit soon, though.

MST supps are a cut above for sure! That Hardcore Shred XS (2 caps)/ Carnage (3 caps) pre-workout combo is a powerhouse!
Im beginning to think too that the rest I took on Thursday, the day before my epic leg workout, contributed a lot, considering I havent not trained on a weekday in at least 4 months. Another weird factor is no soreness from that workout.
Im starting to believe Ive tapped all reserves as far as training is concerned. Im just too dam stoked and making progress to back off, but I will take a couple days off, then see what happens. Maybe I will just live on Chipotle's steak fajita burritos for the next few days (hold the cheese and sour cream please)!

never been to chipotle's but i did go to mcdonald's for lunch yesterday. i hadn't cheated in two weeks and i needed something good. had a southwest chicken sandwich, mcchicken, double cheeseburger (plain), and a big mac! delicious!

how would Rag caff free go for a longer distance runner stacked with v02 and cit vol ultra and carnage?or would i be better off using Cre-02. Im not looking to put on weight at all, if any, lose a few. Just unsure because i know Rag has Cre mono in it

I love Cre-02....so much. Honestly I personally felt that before performance sports (for me it's tennis, softball, and hockey) that Cre-02 and v02 Ultra was perfect for me. RagNOrok, Nitroceps, and Citruvol all give me too much of a pump to handle during those types of sports.

I make sure to take my Carnage no matter what. At least 3 caps on non training day and 3 before my work out and 3 after. Normally I take Cordygen 5 and Ultra before my first workout (25 mile easy bike ride) in the morning and then finish it with Carnage then another dose of Carnage before a hard work out (25 bike ride) in the afternoon. I take the Cre-02 a couple hours after lunch. Depending on your diet Athlytes can be a must. I'm finding that as an endurance athlete the Rag is best saved for off days or when you are not competing against others. It tends to leave my muscles feeling full and harder to move after awhile. Not sure why. I just maybe going out to hard from the start but I do think it helps in the long run.

I am stoked! Today I got Nitroceps in the mail. I almost forgot how good that is. I just need Cordygen 5 and that's one hell of an endurance stack right thurrrr.

I'm recomping AGAIN and as of now I'm under 10% bodyfat at 215lbs and slowly working to add mass whilst dropping some more bodyfat. It's a pain in the cashews. How've you been? I'm glad you're still with MST. I hope the company is still going strong and working on some new products. MST is too solid of a company and have always made effective, natural, health conscious and ergogenic products. So... any new products on the way? I hope you guys keep producing more Nitroceps.

things are good, traveling all the time tho...still going back and forth to China on a regular basis! think I've done 100k miles this year, so far. it's exciting, but exhausting!!! and, I'm really struggling to maintain my physique with the constant travel, and constant change in diet...eating healthy (by my standards) in China is CHALLENGING!!! Everything there is starch, sugar, fat...getting complex carbs is impossible, getting substantial protein is tough too.
