Our web guy is retarded and doesn't work in house. Sometimes it is impossible to get him to make progress without threatening bodily harm.....which is the next step.

You uh...want me to take the proper pre-cautions? :bruce3:

Additional protein is always a must when using Cordygen5™ as training more intensely can lead to fatigued muscle with serious micro trauma that needs proper protein intake to recover.
The same definitely goes for Cordygen V02. I was cruising so long last night on the cardio machine and then this morning I went out in the boat and rowed. I also did dead-lifts yesterday before my HIT weight-training session.... After getting out of the boat, my body felt almost dysfunctional. haha. Damn.

Very true! Cordygen-VO2 just lets you go and go. Overtraining can be an issue if you aren't careful.

I was hitting some giant sets last night and I have to say it was the easiest I've ever gotten through them in my life. I was pushing myself to the limit but cardiovascularly I felt incredible!

I worked out today, but I have a nasty pinched nerve, so i took it easy. I took regular Cordygen, since I didn't want to waste the VO2.

Nice. I'm sure Cordygen 5 will keep the ATP levels up and the cordyceps still in effect when not using the V02.

Im gonna use both i think. Cordygen5 and Cordygen Vo2 i think this is amazing for soccer. Cordygen5 for long power and Vo2 for the power right in the game and then on top the help from cordygen5. Damn!

btw bit off topic...Some ppl say i should add carbohydrates with my Optimum 100%whey shake in the morning or just before the game to have more power in the game. U guys think the same way? He said add some Glycomaize or waximaize.

    Btw owned ya poison

Adding some quality carbohydrates to your protein is usually the preferred option. That way, your body does not end up burning proteins as a source of energy. Carbohydrates are more efficient for this purpose. You might want to consider a combination of Waxi Maize and Oats. Waxi Maize is used up faster than oats. That combination would provide you with quality carbohydrates over a longer time frame. And if you use this combination before your game, it is unlikely that any of the carbohydrates will end up deposited as fat.

In terms of price and value, oats and waxy maize starch are a good deal for your pre-game use.

Waxy Maize Starch is a "generic" name for a long-chain, complex, super-high molecular weight, sugar-free carbohydrate derived from maize. There are different brands. Check out NutraPlanet's, if you wish: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/n...ch-1-kilo.html

Remember you can take 3 caps of VO2 and still have it be stronger than C5. That will stretch your supply a good while longer.
