Guys sorry I have been absent from the boards. I have only been training on the weights once every 5 or 6 days and some walking in between. I have been spending more time with the wife and kid instead of the computer. Loving all my supplements. I didn't touch a weight for over 4 months and it don't seem to have completely killed me. Seems like my strength is coming back pretty good.

Be careful, was there anyone elese around in case something happened?. You are lucky to have a home gym though, I wish I had one, I live in an apartment though so it wouldn't work even if I had the money. Is that barn heated at all?

noone around and no heat, been doing it that way for year and years.

Hey FabOne! Looks like all is well! Those are some strong lifts man! My garage has no heat and to be honest I've been driving to the gym instead because it's just too cold. You are the man!
I'm glad to hear that you are spending more time with the family. This is far more important than the weights.....I never thought I'd say that....but then I had kids. The wieghts will always come back.
Keep up the good work and stay strong!

yeah Matt they have to come first. Another thing I have noticed with my reduced routine is that I seem to push harder because I know I have to make it count because it will be a week before I do the lifts again. I'm getting older and I can't handle the cold like I use to. I suspect I have nearly grown a fully functioning ***** at this point or real close to having one. I used to be tough when I was in the Marine Corps. I could take anything, wet and cold, bag lunch and cold MREs, sleep 3 nights in a fox hole with the water in the bottom of freezing up, hump 26 miles, boots tearing toenails off, feet one entire blister and never mind it much. Now if I get a sniffle or have to work out in 30 degree weather I pout like a baby. I am going to have to reach down and check and see if I still have a pair or not.
