Race is a total of 52 minutes or so. It is in 4 weeks how would you suggest I dose the C5 and I don't mind taking a higher dosage if it will help even a minute amount.

Take 3 caps 45-60 minutes prior to the race. I would give it a whirl a few times before the race. C5 won't directly give you speed but it will help with oxygen utilization. Meaning you will breath easier while running your race and in turn the possibility of keeping a faster pace. Some people have increases to 4 caps but again I think 3 caps will be fine for most people.

I ran a bottle of Cordygen5 a while back for review. A lot of people were curious about it (as was I). Cordyceps are going to get hot. I was pretty impressed by the product. I will try to get a post up summarizing my results/thoughts sometime soon.

If you look at the ingredients in all of MST's products they are pretty cutting edge. Definitely no skimping or fillers going on...

That cord is a pain. So are you against gas and choose to use electric for cleaner power? If so we could use a manual reel mower. Even though its a pain to push sometimes it's much better for the grass. The mulching mower you describe and most other rotary mowers typically pull the grass but the reel mower cuts it much like scissors. This leaves a wonderfully nice green yard

Currently while we are still talking with NP we are available at our site or another well known board. Most people feel 1 week of use gives the most optimal results but most feel it helps day 1.
