I have a soccer try out in about a month and a half. I ordered cordygen5 as I read reviews that it improves cardio and that it would help me greatly during the try out. So i was wondering how do I get the most out of it? Should i take it everyday for when i do my training up until the try outs? the week of? or just 45 minutes before the try out?
