I just wanted to make a quick post to give props to Carnage. I purchased some but haven't been taking it regularly. Well I finely started. WOW! At the end of my bike rides I have come to expect some leg pain. After 50 miles with a couple sprints, I have none. My weekend group rides used to be my harder training days but I had to switch it up and make my week day commutes to work my harder training days. Semi easy ride into work 25 miles at 17-18 mph avg. then bump it up for my ride home 21-23 mph avg. 2-4 days a week. No one meets me anymore on my way home. Silly little kittens. FYI I'm taking most of MST's line only with great results but the the carnage has helped kill the leg pain.

I've got confirmation. I danced all over them again last night. These guys are our top racers in the area and this commuter stomped them in the ground after my commute into work and 9 hours at a desk. Still no leg pain even the day after. I would post some graphs and data I have from my workouts on the trainer but I have to have a min of 50 posts.

Out of all the BA alanine supps flooded in the world Carnage is the best, Carnage as well as Citruvol has never gotten me so red in the face as well as just killing it in the gym.

After 160 miles this week I was able to crush the regular Saturday morning ride for 68 miles and 2500ft+ of elevation today and still feel fine. I even got yelled at for bringing up the pace leaving town. Just knowing you can attack and attack without hurting yourself is awesome. It's like having an itchy trigger finger throughout your whole body all the time. FYI- Keep the Athlytes going you will need them after pushing and pushing. Now if we could just get a good protein supplement also.

It helps to live in the beautiful Columbia River gorge (Hood River Oregon). I almost hit two deer today. The first one slipped and busted her ass as soon as she got into the gravel. I love it here!

I included a lot of RPG. I don't really keep track as I mix half a scoop in every 20oz of water I drink a day. I don't mix it in my ride mix anymore. I'm using a carb/protein/electrolyte mix for that.

I've put on 4 lbs within the last month. My body fat appears to have stayed the same. My legs also appear to have put on some muscle.

The size thing is normally a bad thing as a cyclist but at 195lbs I'm climbing with the 145-155lbs guys. These guys can't win. At some point they got to want to try the Carnage. I'm finding that most of these guys don't like the idea of taking supplements even if it is just vitamins, protein and amino acids. I learned a very important lesson over the 4th of July weekend. I took 4 days off to get in some recovery time and neglected to keep taking the carnage. BAD move. Take it every day and keep it in your system.

I've told them about the forum but I think the name Anabolic scares them. Do you guys any small product stickers or patches? People do notice the stickers on my bike. I only have one which I could replace with a Carnage or MST sticker. I've handed out a few booklets already.
