    TRI Training Stack


    I am training for some triathlons this summer and want to put together a solid endurance/maintenance stack. Last year I stuck with bulk supplies along with AN Drive. I want to kick it up a notch this year, what would be best? I will still be strength training and want to maintain as much muscle as possible.

    I will run Drive again to help with muscle maint. and bulk BA and creatine.

    Is there such a thing as TOO much cordyceps?

    Nitroceps?
    Citruvol?
    Cordygen/Ultra?
    Cre-02/Kreaceps/Bulk creatine?

    Or if I am using the Cordygen & Drive can I simply use bulk citrulline malate and creatine?

    I apologize man. A few days ago I tried answering this but my computer or AM was wigging out...not sure which.

    Everyone is entitled to their opinion on products and I would never try and change that. I used Drive stacked with RPM once and I enjoyed the synergy between the two and got decent results. With that said, MST products are amazing alone and there is only one way they are better.......and thats stacked with more MST products.

    If you want to use Drive then by all means fire away. However, as far as creatine goes in my eyes the best option is Cre-02. Its phenomenal at maintaining your muscle and adding strength WHILE it aids in shedding some water weight. yes...I said shedding. It also contains the best Cordyceps blend being produced today. The comment about the cordyceps is not an opinion...that is a fact.

    I personally think that for triathalon style training and taking everything that you're doing for it into consideration, you should run Cre-02 with Cordygen 5. I personally think for you, the Cordy 5 is better than v02 ultra because it is a time released formula that lasts up to 12 hours after you take it...which for a triathalon would suit you well. v02 is more of a direct punch all at once lasting a couple of hours mostly for weight training or short lived endurance activity.

    Don't forget your multi vite (MVP365 and ZMK). As a runner and cyclist who works out early in the morning and evenings after work Somnidren help you sleep deeper. We all know that it is a good nights sleep and recovery that makes us stronger. Oh and some RPG for your amino acids and just a good alternative to the other crap we all drink if you replace your daily poison with RPG it will actually save you money. I think I will stop there. You should see my desk drawer. It is packed with MST stuff. FYI I have found that if you open a capsule of athlytes into a 20oz bottle with a full scoop of RPG you can't taste the athlytes and now you have a healthy sugar free sports drink.

    these are all great suggestions. I always shoot out the cheaper options so I don't look like i'm trying to take everyones money , but all of this is completely valid....and the Athlytes into RPG move is a nice suggestion!

    If I am stacking Cre-02 with Cordygen would you think it would be beneficial to run Nitroceps and/or Citruvol? I need to try RPG but I have so many BCAAs in stock already (Xtend, LG BCAA+EAA, Protocol, Body Mortar), but the athlytes was something I was looking into as well.

    I am training for tris but I am also a wt lifter. Yes, maybe an oxymoron but I enjoy wt lifting and the muscle I have gained over the yrs after being scrawny til I was 35. I still like the competitive nature and the cardio training of tris, just another challenge.

    I will also add in DAA for the test boosting so I can retain muscle as much as possible if I dont run Drive.

    Cre-02 will not only help you retain muscle but will also help you add some. Even during actual triathalon training you'll retain all your muscle with cre-02.

    If you use Nitroceps or Citruvol, which are both awesome products by the way, I would only use them for weight training. Thats the original reason I didnt suggest either of them....because when you're running/swimming/biking no one needs a ridiculous pump in any of their muscles messing with their performance.

    With the triathalon training both citruvol and nitro would be great additions and the purpose of each would depend on the training you are doing for the triathalon. I'm a citruvol whore, so it's my go to product.

    As far as RPG, that's more of a staple, like the MVP and ZMK suggested.
    You could truly dominate the field with a phenom stack from MST with all of the supps geared towards health, endurance, and recovery.
    Athlytes might not be a bad choice either, as the product can help limit cramping and aid in endurance by keep electrolytes elevated.

    Thanks for all of the suggestions, I am looking forward to trying MST products. I have used Cordygen for my soccer training but nothing else from MST. I will definitely get the CRE-02 and Cordygen. May also get the Citruvol and Nitroceps . . . heck, even the Carnage and use these especially on wt training days. Last tri training last summer I used bulk cit mal, beta alanine, and creatine with good results along with Drive. We'll see how this training season goes with MST.

    You're really going to love the lineup man. There aren't too many companies out there imo still releasing products that are cutting edge as well as perfectly formulated.
