It's hard to say which products to use and not use in the lineup as MST is one of the few that creates a line that can all be used simultaneously, well, almost all products.

Xtend used to be my staple BCAA product, but MST products are just toooo good, so I had to kick it up a notch and try RPG.
Today I've had my first taste. Pretty amazing is all I can say. I can safely say I've made the switch, it's now my new staple.
So now, my current staples are MST's:
Cordygen Ultra V02
and possibly the Glutamine soon too. I use Cre02 once in a while.
For a background on how I train, I do a split of strength/hypertrophy training 3 days per week and once in a while mix in a crossfit workout for conditioning. 5/3/1 with a hypertophy focus will be the new program.
