MVP?

  1. Lightbulb MVP?

Just another quick question to you guys. I was wondering when to take my MVP 365. Should I take it as suggested (breakfast then lunch... About 3 hours apart) or take 2 then the last 2 AFTER my workout (I'm a sprinter)? I was thinking that if I took all four before my workout I would have a big boost in energy, never tried it yet though. But I also heard to take vitamins post workout to help recover. Help!

  2. I just go 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner.

  3. Sometimes you can have antioxidants be pro-oxidants post workout. You could take them a few hours after your workout, but I take mine in the morning, especially after not eating for 6-8 hours (during sleep)

  4. Are you also using Zmk for when you go to bed? If not, I have to suggest it highly as it is the mineral sister to our Mvp vitamin, and makes it a complete product for your body.

If you use Zmk, I personally take 2 Mvp with breakfast and another 2 with lunch that way I know they are fully absorbed by the time I take my 4 Zmk at night before bed. The restoration of your minerals will do a great deal more for your recovery than being concerned over taking vitamins post sprint.

  5. Yea i am using ZMK as well. I don't think i've gotten a decisive answer yet though..... my track practice comes AFTER lunch but i don't eat that big of a breakfast (perhaps just some fruit and yogurt). So should i take them all before practice or is it better to take vitamins for repair after my practice which ends around 5PM.

  6. I basically have the Ultra Foundation Stack haha. And cordygen ultra....and Enzy-m..... and kreaceps ultra.... and somnidren.....and Carnage lol. Love you guys

haha well firstly, thanks for all the support! Secondly, I would say to go ahead and take your vitamins with breakfast and lunch before track that way the vitamins are fully absorbed in your system before you take your Zmk at night.

Alright thanks hehe can't wait to see how i feel after taking all four before. I was looking at Cre-02.... is it REALLY worth it...lol

I'm looking at RPG as well as i need something to take instead of protein before bed with somnidren.

CRE02 is a very good product, and you won't be disappointed.
RPG is a smooth ride, no clumps, no froath, just pure bcaa's!

If you take the rpg pre-bed, you may want to add some fat to slow the absorption, as bcaa's digest rather fast.

Cre02 is the best product ever ( I don't kid ) and no other creatine product holds a candle to it.

RPG is the only BCAA drink that doesn't clump up and plus the taste is unreal, I really dig the ample dose of NAC in it as well.

  11. The only thing I can add to this thread at all, is that out of all the products i've used in my lifetime as far as bang for your buck and real life results are concerned....Cre-02 is my favorite product on the market.

  15. Just curious as why MST doesn't put potassium in the MVP or is it and I just didn't see it?

  16. I take NA-RALA with carbs post workout, and then MVP with my first post workout meal. 2 and 2 is good, or even 3 and 3 depending on how active you are or how intense you train.

it's in there as potassium ascorbate, but as far as straight up potassium, the additional supplementation isn't exactly necessary, I'd have to ask Big M on this one as I was the formulator.
