I haven't tried Cordygen Ultra but didn't have any appetite problems on Cordygen 5. How many tabs are you taking? Any other supps being taken?

MST Reppin Hard!
I am looking forward to seeing some responses here, but I personally have never felt this before.
Have you upped your liquid intake lately by any chance?

Well it has stayed essentially the same. I take Athlytes with the recommended dose of water as well so i stay adequately hydrated.

I have logged my appetite for a project in class and when i stop all my supplements on Saturday and Sunday i eat about 3000+ calories those days. On Mon-Thurs (with cordygen) i only eat around 2000-
I have browsed around google and some other people have said their appetite is suppressed as well.

It's the Rhodiola, it can be potent for some due to raising of serotonin. The Oxyceps can play a big part as well.
MST doesn't play around when it comes to adaptogens.

Generally if you have a symptom for a product that is so widely available like cordyceps, you will find at least a handful of people that have that symptom. It may be related to the product, but this is not common with this product at all.
Increased oxygen and increased atp, I would assure you is most common. Which should allow you to do more work and have an increase in appetite or at least the want to eat more.
Any other issue in life that is going on? Finals? Stress? Job?
Eating any different foods? Healthier foods? more fibrous? increase in protein?

Set a timer to eat, don't wait until you're hungry. Create a meal plan, attach times to it, and follow said meal plan.
Most days I'm eating well before I am 'hungry.'

Never had appetite suppression issues from either version Cordygen, but I also make sure that appetite doesn't contol my nutrient intake, being a bodybuilder/powerlifter means I eat for function, which also means that sometimes it has to be forced down
.
One solution to ensure that you still keep your calories up is to add some extra healthy fats, add a couple handfuls of almonds during the day, doesn't sound like much but it goes a long way.

It's gone i guess it was some other variable than the supplements. I eat fine now.
On a side note i opened the cordygen ultra cap today and tasted the powder.......LOL big mistake.
