For Cre02, go with 3 caps about 75-90 mins before training, Cordy5 you will only need IMO 1 cap.....Cre02 is potent and don't let the small dosage of the oxyceps blend in it fool you, you'll get a good dose of coryceps and adaptogens and with the C5 you'll get a little added boost, quite frankly I don't notice any more effects past 1 cap when stacking it *that's just me*
Plus this will also help if she's prone to any stomach/GI, cordyceps has that effect on some people for the first time when taking it, do a readup on C5, there's way too many benefits you attain from cordyceps, specifically the C5 strain. The main reason why I use Cre02 is apparently I have a super sensitive stomach when it comes to fungus/mushrooms, they literally clean me out.....anything else and I have an Iron Gut, what makes Cre02 so potent is the delivery/enteric coating, I was told that this is the reason why Cre02 as well as the oxyceps is so potent and without any GI distress which makes sense.....when it kicks though you just feel awesome.

Quick update. I received the products 2 days after I ordered them (The planet is fast!) and I decided to try the Cre-02 before my hockey game last night. All I can say is wow, I felt great! I played forward instead of Defense which involved a lot more skating and the pace was very fast. What I noticed was the quick recovery time between shifts. I was very pleased with my performance! We'll see how it works for my daughter. She has a swim meet on Thursday.

Quick update. I had her take 2 of the Cre-02 before her last meet, along with her preworkout drink (Heed by Hammer nutrition) and she had personal bests in the 2 individual events she was in. Thumbs up!
