Hello, I'm 18 years old and I've been purchasing all of my workout supplements from a store called nutrition zone. All of their products I purchase are from private label companies called "Body Fuse for Life" and "Next Level Nutrition" My buddy who purchased less supplements than I decided it was fishy how all they tried to sell us were these products so he tried MST products and is seeing great results. So I want to aswell and I just want to post the products I've been using and see if these products line up well. I have to say im ignorant regarding the Oxyceps stuff...etc Is this safe for an 18 yearold? Is it overkill because I'm young? I know its easy to say all these supplements are overkill because I'm younger but I choose to use supplements and safer ones... definitely staying away from hormone boosters

I had links posted in this but it wouldnt let me post them because im new to the forum and I need to post 20 times before I can post urls.
Body Fuel for Life products can be found out bodyfuelforlife.com Next Level Nutrition can be found out NLNutrition.net
Beta-Alanine-"Super Set" by Body Fuel for Life
The MST Comperable Product:Carnage

Essential Fatty Acids- "EFA Complete" by Body Fuel for Life
The MST Comparable Product- CLO Mega 369

Multi-Vitamin- "Natural Selection" by Body Fuel for Life
The MST Comparable Product- MVP

N.O.- "Nitro Active" by Body Fuel for Life
The MST Comparable Product- That would Nitroceps I'm just hesitent because it advertises "boosting testosterone" which I'd like to avoid. I may stick with the nitroactive.

Pre-Workout- "Torque" by Body Fuel For Life
MST Comparable Product- Ragnorok Ultra. I have to say I do love Torque and that it doesnt crack me out and it has a 4 hour stimulant release of constant energy so theres no crash. I hear Ragnorok is a very heavy hitter so I'd be hesistent to purchase it. Does Ragnorok have a bad crash/hit really hard?

And last but not least the creatine.
Creatine Ethyl Ester "CEE Extreme" by Next Level Nutrition
MST Comparable Product- Kreaceps/CRE-02. Well I originally tried SciFits Kre-Alkalyn and did not see too great of results. I hear thats because its not a very good product it doesnt have something to help the creatine digest. Anyways, I tried CEE and LOVED it for the first 3 weeks. But so far I'm 6 weeks in and i'm getting terribly bloated off of it. I've stopped taking it for 4 days and my bloat is completely gone. Kre-Alkalyn is supposed to have absolutely no bloat and if its a better product than I originally used than I think thats what I'll try. I understand CEE's bloat is intramuscular which made me look much more jacked before I started to react bloated to it. With CRE-02 is there any bloating whatsoever? If I were to take Kreaceps would I see any bloat at all? Also with those products are the "cordyceps" safe? The other Kre-Alkalyn product I was considering using was Nutri-Shops private label Nutek N-Fuze (can be seen on Nutri-Shop Redondo Beach's Site) My friend has seen great results from N'Fuze because of all the added ingrediant to the krealkalyn but Ive also heard great things about Kreaceps.

So I doubt anyone will be bored enough to read all of this but if you do thanks so much in advance. The MST product line looks great I'm just looking for some direction.

To be blunt and brutally honest, I don't bad mouth other companies unless I've been rat ****ed by them so I'm not gonna throw flak at "body fuse" or the other company but they seem like another "me too" company with the usual CEE, AAKG and so forth.

I've been an avid and loyal MST user for about 2 1/2 years, I love there products, the individuals that represent the company and the owner is also one of the most kick ass, knowledgeable, innovative dudes in the business.....this is one of the many reasons I call him a great friend * CT and Bnat I'm not forgetting you guys either *

Your asking a bunch of great questions that can be at times redundant so I advise you since your new to the board search around the MST thread if your interested dig up the intel yourself, you can't go wrong with any of the products....there potent.

The 'Rok is great and no crash whatsoever, I tired a few samples and it's awesome, not much of a drink mix guy which is why I love and use Cre02. CEE or Kre Alk doesn't hold a candle to cre02.

MVP is the best multi, it's potent and I love that it has P-5-P and Panthethine in it.

MST is the real deal. Get rid of the toy supplements.
:haha:
Just the other day I had told my friend who was using Glutamine for immune support that that stuff was good in high school but now it's time for the big boy supps (Mycogreen))

Strong first post mdopz. Welcome to AM.

MST's Ragnarok was the first product I ordered from Nutraplanet after reading some threads here forever and a day ago and I haven't been the same since.

I agree with ryan, MST is a great company with a bunch of stand up people in their ranks.

Personally I think you'd be fine with the fish oil, multi, and preworkout. As for an additional creatine (there is creatine in Ragnarok so more is probably not necessary,) you could always go with a 2.5g serving of inexpensive creatine monohydrate either ~8 hours before or after the time you take Ragnarok.

I think the Nitroceps might be a little overkill in the Arginine department...but the cordyceps in there certainly make up for that with their own benefits to endurance. Since you're already taking an NO product (Ragnarok,) what would you think about Cordygen V02 instead?

That would probably make for a killer preworkout.

To the OP,
glad to see you are making the transition to MST. We have a phenomenal lineup of products, and as far as your comparables, you are pretty much on point with each.

As far as Nitro Active, if Nitroceps is overboard for you, check out Citruvol, its a citrulline and beta alanine product that will still give a phenomenal pump.

As far as CEE extreme, you could try Kreaceps or CRE-02, my suggestion would be to go with CRE02 as it is a bit more potent for me.

It seems to me that Cvol ultra doesn't get as much play as compared to the MST perfomers Cre02, ROK, Nceps and the C5/ultra....it's very underrated and it's probably the most versatile product on the MST line.....I like it over Nceps tenfold !!!

citrulline has great versatility, and boosts NO a bit better than arginine

Hey guys thanks for all the responses. I purchased Kreaceps, Ragnorok, MVP, and Citruvol. While I'm liking everything so far, I have to say im a little disappointed with Ragnorok Ultra. The ingrediants are great, but I'm not feeling any kick from the stimulant as I did from my old preworkout Body Fuel for Life Torque. I feel like it would just be better to get Ragnorok caffeine free to cycle off stims and I probably will get it when I cycle off stims, but the kick I get from Ragnorok is close to zero. Thats from two workouts (first workout I tried 1 scoop, then the second I tried 2). Other than that, I'm liking all of the other products.

Try Ragnorok first thing or if you ever do a early morning workout/PT ( like 0darkhundred-0500 ), you'll definitely feel the adaptogens kick in during that time when cortisol levels are higher.

'Rok kicks serious ****in ass, its the best powder pwo drink period, I'm just not a drink mix guy which is why I use Cre02.

It's not really heavy on the stims with the caffeinated version, so if you want more kick you could add in some shred ultra or a little more caffeine.
It's your choice to obviously, but getting a lot of caffeine, especially pre-workout isn't a great idea.
Too much caffeine can have cortisol run rampant through your system, so be careful with the crazy amounts of caffeine some are putting in there products. Caffeine can also raise your blood sugar. Caffeine also depletes calcium (I guess I could suggest you get cal-Mag, though lol).

what time of the day are you using your rok ultra? Is it around any food consumption? how much water are you using to mix it with? How much time between your consumption and your session?

Lets figure out how to fix this eh? ;)

Aint that the truth.....the whole blood sugar thing, however, I didn't really notice that issue with Shred Ultra.

it's kind of a hard thing to notice, which is interesting because you'd think that by adjusting bg levels, it would be a notable experience, however with the energy caffeine provides, it's usually hard to pinpoint

Thanks for the replies guys. And regarding my usage, depending on classes I'll either use it first thing in the morning or around 2ish (approximently 2 1/2 hours after I ate). And I took it about 30 minutes before a workout. I took it acouple more times and wasnt too happy with it but I ran out of my other preworkout today so I tried Ragnorok again. I've gotta say I was more pleased with it than I was the other times. I used a scoop and a quarter with about 14 ounces of water and did it 40 minutes before my workout. It seemed like it had more time to kick in. I think I'm going to stick with it, I don't want my tolerance for caffeine to become too high so staying away from my other preworkout may be best. Anyone have better suggestions for use? Thanks

if you've found a dose that works for you, that's great.

My personal tweak is this: use 1 scoop about 45min prior to your workout, then take another 1/2 scoop 15 minutes prior to your workout.

Thanks for replying to that! I think your usage looks perfectly fine now that you've found the amount of time proper for you personally. Everyones body is different and with products like Cre-02 where it takes most people 90-120 minutes for optimal dose time, it only takes me about 60 minutes. Everyone's time and tolerance will differ.

With rok your tolerance for caffeine will not be an issue at all with either version. With a fair amount of MST products there are powerful adaptogens added to aid against frying your adrenals and making your tolerance to caffeine and other stimulants poor. You're going to settle into Rok Ultra and it will soon become one of your favorite products...i'm sure of that.

I do have another question. So I always had taken a preworkout with a creatine. I originally took Kre-Alkalyn with my preworkout then i switched to CEE and took it with my preworkout. Basically, when I took kre-alkalyn I would take kre-alkalyn upon rising then when it came time for my workout Id take my pre-workout and then after that Id take kre-alkalyn post workout to keep creatine levels up. I purchased Kreaceps and Ragnorok and Ragnorok has considerably more creatine (im taking about 5.5g with my usage). So can I take Ragnorok pre-workout and kreaceps post? Or is that still too much creatine? Thanks

Depends on the dose of RagNOrok, just be sure that you are around 4-5g of total creatine per day. So if you take 1 scoop of rag pre-workout, you can still take 1 serving of kreaceps post. If you take more rag, then reduce the amount of kreaceps.

an exact number is not often dispensed...but for your sake, you can say somewhere between 175 and 250mg.
