Hey everyone

Been reading the threads on MST for a while and subsequently using the products, thought I'd finally register and say hello.

I love the MST range, just wish they weren't so hard to get hold of here in the UK! We also pay more as well, but I figure it's a price worth paying for the quality of the products.

I am currently using:

MVP
ZMK
CL Omega
Cre-O2
Carnage
MycoGreen

I have a very poor immune system due to losing my spleen many years ago, and I have always gotten sick a lot. I am finding that I am getting sick less often and less severely since using the MVP/ZMK but especially since adding the MycoGreen.

Just trying to find a UK supplier of the RPG as I would really like to try that, the only option at the moment seems to be a German supplier on ebay, so might have to try that.

I have one question on the RPG, though, do you guys use it every day or just on workout days?

Oh, and if any of the MST guys know any other UK suppliers apart from Monster Supplements, please let me know :thumbsup:

With RPG, I use it daily, it is preferred that you use it daily, but the effects of the product are not necessarily cumulative, so daily dosing isn't required. Daily use of bcaa's are encouraged to boost a slew of different things within your body, namely protein synthesis. I use at least 1 scoop daily.

the only major UK supplier I know of is Monster. I thought they were pretty easily accessible over there though?

Definitely use RPG daily. I use mine as a normal beverage, haha.

Hi, they are a good supplier but don't stock RPG as yet.

Got confirmation from Monster today that they will get the RPG for me.
