it says 1-4 times daily because depending on what you do throughout your day you may need 1 serving, and you may need 4.

I don't intend this with any malice at all, but odds are you only need 1-2 servings a day. 3-4 servings a day is intended for very serious athletes that use our products that are on the higher echelon of physical demands.

I like MycoGreen after workouts, seems to help me recover better. I've gone through a few bottles of it and can confirm, that, at least for me, it helps with recovery. I've only ever used 2-3 caps post workout or first thing in the morning. The difference for me between 2 and 3 wasn't that big unless I really killed it that day. Enjoy!

That is a great combo for general health purposes.

Awesome, it definitely helps fend off free radicals, which can run rampant post workout

Mycogreens IMO, should be at the tip of the spear when it comes to daily supplements, you just feel damn good from them. I love MVP as well but if I could have one it would probably be the Myco and I feel a little goes along way...try 3 and then bump it up to 4, I think 4 is the sweet spot.

I like it after a workout myself. Anytime seems to suit me fine though, so go ahead and try it out.

Depends on your purpose.

Ive actually recently used it along the lines of a "cleanser"
It'd didn't give me the runs or make me have to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes but worked well.
I used 4 caps, 4 times per day prior to meals.

For general use: I would take upon waking and post-workout
2 caps each dose, you can increase from their if you choose.

I would personally attribute it to overall health and the cleansing of your GI tract myself. I used to take 1 day a month and fast all day and my only intake would be aminos and my mvp/myco/athlytes/zmk. It was AWESOME for shaking up my system.

This is untrue. The gi tract does not collect waste along the intestinal walls. The cleansing quackery was debunked in the 1920s when the idea of autointoxication was worried about. Resulting dissection of many colons and intestinal tracts shows no residual collection of waste. You are what you eat, but the gi tract buildup and cleansing is a complete myth. Blood born toxins are more along the lines of why people feel like crap when they eat 30 grams of trans fats.

For those who have mentioned it... Mycogreen is not meant to be a colon cleansing product... I like to look at it as an immune support product that also aids in cellular protection against excess lactic acid, ammonia and free radicals.

edit: by "mentioned it" I meant that towards the peeps who have called and emailed looking for samples of our "colon cleanser called MycoGreen" ;)

My apologies for confusing people, it's a phenomenal product, and I actually need more. It really helps keep my immune system functioning at high levels. I've been out for about 1 week and I'm already stuffed up. Never had this issue while using the supp.

Here are what you are looking for, but I do not have access to the JAMA from 1919 and 1922.

Alvarez WC. Origin of the so-called auto-intoxication symptoms. JAMA 72:8-13, 1919.
Donaldson AN. Relation of constipation to intestinal intoxication. JAMA 78:884-888, 1922.

But here are some article dispelling the crap people are selling these days... pure quackery.

Nothing but snake oil. Lets not forget that even to this day there shows no so called hardened fecal matter in dissected colons.

Would this replace a supplement like miracle greens?
in some ways yes, and in some ways no. The makeup could potentially put these products in the same category, but the company that makes miracle greens seems to be marketing more as a product that will replace a certain amount of veggies daily as we are not using that angle.

I take 3 caps with 1 scoop of cycle support at night for general health. I don't really expect to notice much. More an over time benefit.

I have a very sensitive stomach and mycogreen helps me a lot. It's a normal staple of mine, I ran out a while ago and missed it within a week or so. It's a great supplement I'd put in my "longevity" category, but honestly I'd take it just for the stomach benefits I seem to get.

But does it replace a certain amount of veggies :)

Would be nice considering the greens products I've taken are all horribly disgusting.

I stopped taking it for awhile and I just felt run down realizing that I wasn't taking it I purchased a couple of bottles.
Its my must have, It has done wonders for me, I never get sick and I just have overall more day to day energy....it also does a bang up job in regards to soothing the adrenals and completely detoxifying your body....makes the number 2 go alot easier as well.

No other Greens holds a candle to it.

a lot of nutrients get cooked out, unless you eat them raw.
the amounts you get in most raw foods don't compare to the amount in a few pills.
this doesn't mean cut out veggies obviously
