Hey guys, quick question! I have quite a few bottles of Cit XS (old formula) that are going to exp 9/10! I was trying to sell a few because I definately won't be able to use up my stash before the exp date but no one seems to want any...which I am glad because I love the product but my question is, is it ok to take this after the expiration date or am I gonna have to throw them out? Will the product be less effective after the exp date? Thanks

well, I've heard of ppl freeze drying ph's, I would assume it would work similar here, and that can help secure shelf life. The expiration is the time the batch starts to degrade, but it happens slowly, the biggest factor is to not open the bottle until you need to use it, and keeping the bottles in a cool, dark place, with no humidity.

if you've kept these products in a hot car or similar place for a bit (which lots of people do and don't admit to), odds are the effiacy is lessened already. This is not just citruvol, but all products. Thats one of the reasons it's good to know what kind of warehouse your products are being shipped from.

have you used Citruvol Ultra yet? I was a cit xs fiend myself until ultra came out. Thats probably why you're having trouble selling them....Ultra is outrageous.

if I wasn't broke i'd think about taking some off your hands lol

Thanks for the help guys, so B are you saying I can put it in the freezer to help preserve it? Yea, I love me some xs but haven't tried the ultra yet. Also, I never keep my supps in the car....always in the closet fartherest away from the kitchen or bathroom to keep any moisture away. Thanks guys for the help! Love the products

I've heard of ppl doing it, so it should be fine. I've never personally done it though. I run through citruvol bottles like they are candy, but you said you had quite a few so it should be fine, look up how to properly store the products in the freezer though, because simply putting them in the freezer isn't enough
