    Today I took my Nitroceps sample and though I can't say it improved my intensity or performance(due to using an entirely new set and reop scheme) I will vouch for the "pump" effect. By my 3rd set I felt quite pumped to the point where my shirt seemed to be too small, this from a bench and tricep day. If a "pump" is good for any lasting gaoins is still in question but it certainly helps you feel the workout.!

  3. Like I say...it seems like one gains ~5lbs after a workout because of the pump...assuming you've worked large muscle gruops.

    I am looking to use it for Judo,just got a bottle delivered a few minutes ago. I am hoping for no pump at all. A pump while wrestling spells slower reactions,Cordygen VO2Ultra was great,made me feel at the end of practice almost the same as when practiced started.I just could not stomach it very well.

    Hopefully Nitroceps will do the same without the GI issues.

    You may get a pump as thats one thing the product does. You shouldn't get any nasty lactic acid or ammonia build up though which should be very beneficial. I would say Cordygen5 is the answer for you if C-VO2 ULTRA gave you GI issues. If the NitroCeps gives you too much of a pump you should go to Cordygen5 or CRE-02.     Well,finished practice,no pump and no stomach issues. Felt ok on 4 pills,my weight is 219,can I up the dosage a bit?

    I used cordygen 5 but it did not help at all in Judo matches only helped when I was doing distance runs,VO2 Ultra was great for Judo!

    how long before your judo were you doing? I've done all activities from 20 minutes to 4 straight hours long and cordygen 5 stood up to the challenge each and every time. I'm shocked it didn't help you for judo.

  10. C5 works GREAT for judo, for me. I take 2-3 with my Rag at ^pm or so, workout from 6:30-6:50 (weights), the judo from 7-9.

    Not at all for me,I actually took it about 1 hour prior to a competition and gassed after 2 matches,I know that nerves play a role as well when competing but I took 4 VO2Ultra at an even bigger comp about three months prior and felt fresh for 6 matches,so Cordygen 5 is not for me in that regard.

    I may try Cordygen 5 again because I just cannot stomach VO2. What dosage would you recommend? My bodyweight is 219.

    I am a bit over your weight and I use 4 Cordygen 5 and I vary the dosing time depending on the activity. For Judo, i'd say you should dose (in my opinion) around 45 minutes prior to your warmups or first match

    4 didn't do it for me,how about the Nitroceps dosing,could one go above the recommended dose?

  15. Tried my sample of Nitrocepts 90 minutes before an arm workout. Pretty dang nice pumps and endurance off just one dose. Definitely on my "to purchase" list.

    OK thanks,tried Cre-02 but creatine and judo do not mix,my arms felt really tight and heavy. Carnage sounds good,used Nitroceps for a sprint workout today (10 times 100 meters) and felt like I could have done 10 more!

    If t wasn't my lunch break and I didn't have to work afterwards I would have.

    the carnage should help quite a bit in judo with reducing lactic acid, and aiding in boosting muscle carnosine levels

    Ordered another bottle of VO2ultra even though it gave me the stomach issues,it was that good! I will try 5 Nitroceps pre-judo tonight instead of 4.

  19. i tend to grip fight alot when i do judo and i know that any supp that causes a "pump" makes my forearms so full when i am grappling that it is very counterproductive, having tried the creo2 and the nitroceps i vote for creo2 for your judo, i guess stacked with the carnage

    I tried Cre02 previously and it was terrible for judo,my arms got pumped and I could hardly move them around about halfway through practice. Nitroceps is great now that I bumped it up to 5 caps.

  22. Nitroceps is crazy stuff. I haven't gotten fully into it, but dosing 2 first thing in the morning brings on a pump, without even moving. 2 + Rag pre-workout is just ridiculous. 4 solo pre-workout is about the same. I haven't done enough to get a feel for endurance, we'll see.

    Did you guys change the formula of VO2 ultra? I get the same VO2 benefits without the stomach problems I got before with my new bottle.
