Today I took my Nitroceps sample and though I can't say it improved my intensity or performance(due to using an entirely new set and reop scheme) I will vouch for the "pump" effect. By my 3rd set I felt quite pumped to the point where my shirt seemed to be too small, this from a bench and tricep day. If a "pump" is good for any lasting gaoins is still in question but it certainly helps you feel the workout.!
