Just recieved my Cordygen VO2 Ultra and was going to try it in the morning.....just happens to be leg day where i'll need the extra oxygen so i'll be able to put it to the test..
I train first thing in the morning and sip a whey / gatorade shake during the workout. Tomorrow i was going to have 3 caps of the VO2 Ultra instead of stims but was just wondering if this shake will have any negative effects on absorbtion of the VO2 Ultra?
Also i usually have a coffee/chocamine drink as soon as i get up. An hour so later i'm off to the gym. Would this reduce or increase the intensity of the VO2 Ultra?
