I'm looking forward to trying the caffeine free version of Rag. I love the leaded version (sorry for the coffee reference) but the flexibility of the caffeine free product is something I'm looking forward to. I also recently placed and order for Omega Ultima so I will try to compare the two products at some point, I'm expecting both to be quality products but I must point out that the Rag Ultra is half the price. One question that I have is comparing CRE-02 to Rag is the main advantage of CRE-02 the time released caps. Just asking from a budget standpoint. I have Cordygen5, Cordygen Ultra, Nitroceps and Carnage as well as both versions of Rag, would I need to augment with the CRE-02. Thanks for any help anyone can give.

I don't really feel much of a strength boost solely from rag, but do feel it from the CRE-02, but from a cost standpoint, I guess it all depends. FOR ME, I would run both as I enjoy the pump/endurance/energy from rag, and enjoy the strength/oxygen boost from CRE02.

Nitro Workout days 2 caps 100/90min before workout
Carnage Workout days 2 caps 40min with None Caff Rag before work out 3 caps of carnage after workout

I've been stacking caff free rag with RPM, citruvol xs, cordy5 and carnage pre workout and can't say enough about how much i'm liking this combo. I've been having to MAKE myself stop at the gym. Great overall sense of well being, hardly any time needed to recover between sets, and between the rpm and rag it's the best focus i've felt. I've also been mixing a half scoop of the rag with a scoop of glacier freeze gatorade powder as an intra workout drink, and the taste is perfect. A lot of times there are powder supps that people say taste amazing, then i'll try it and wonder what the hell they were talking about. This isn't one of those supplements. This is the first supp i've tried that ACTUALLY tastes great. No weird aftertaste. Nothing. Anyway, just wanted to share my experience. Thanks for the great product!

Woops! Yeah, the carnage actually is post workout. 4000mg of beta alanine would be a bit much to handle at once for me. I get pretty strong tingles as it is from the rag alone.

Ragnarok is without question my favorite pre-workout drink. I have (treated) high blood pressure so I tend to shy away from stims. I normally take the caffeine free on nearly every day except heavy bench days, during which I'll either do a full strength caffinated or half & half with the caffeine free. IMNSHO, anyone can put 1500mg (that is a joke, btw) of caffeine in a drink, toss in some lemonade flavoring and you will get all sorts of unmotivated people swearing up and down that it made them do 50x the work they usually do. No kidding. All that and a free stroke. All I want is to oil the machine a little bit, keep the fluid coming in, and help with the strength. Ragnarok does that for me very well, there is a reason I have only missed 1 dose in the past 2 years.
My next favorite may be rag + rpg, but maybe I'm getting ahead of myself.
