Alright guys, gotta question for ya! What do you think the best stack would be for a crossfiter! I have just recently heard about crossfitting and it looks like something I wanna try! I know you have to be able to pull some heavy weight but the majority looks more like stamina and endurance so what would be a good stack for this?

I was thinking carnage, cordy VO2 ultra, and Citruvol......what do ya think?

I think any product that MST makes would help you benefit for crossfit. The same supplementation that is utililzed hitting the iron would be IMO implemented the same in Crossfit...

For a good simple stack I would do Cre02 and Citruvol, I personally found this the best stack for endurance type workouts and weights together.

I would use Cordygen5 in thsi stack over Cordygen-VO2 ULTRA but thats just so I you can take the full 4 capsule dose and get the full effect of the Citruvol-XS without going overboard on the cordyceps. Many crossfit athletes are incorporating CRE-02 into similar stacks too.

In my opinion MST is the perfect CrossFit line! ;)

Thanks millennium! Do you think that would be my best bet on those 3 or should I add the Cre-2 as well? Anything else do you recommend.....athlytes-ATP?

Also, quick question! Does the cordygen 5 take longer to see benefits vs VO2 ultra. I know it lasts longer in the body! But I was asking because I had gotten samples in from you guys and I could definately tell a difference in the gym with the VO2 ultra but didn't really feel a whole lot when I tried cordy 5!

I would start with those three first and the if you feel you need a little more help in the strength and muscular endurance department you can add the CRE-02 in. You would probably need to drop the Cordygen5 dosage by a caplet when adding CRE-02. Athlytes-ATP would be great for optimal hydration and rehydration especially if you endure long training sessions.

Cordygen-VO2 ULTRA is definitley the instant gratifier of the two since you can simply take it 30 minutes pre-workout and feel its effects. I recommend the Cordygen5 to most endurance or crossfit athletes because it is so much more versitle and easier to dose with other supplements without causing any possible stomach issues caused by by misjudging the dose. Cordygen5 needs to be taken 45-90 minutes pre-workout for most people to feel it at the beginning of the workout, otherwise it may not kick in until your later sets. Once you've taken Cordygen5 for 2-3 consecutive days it won't matter as much on the dosing timing and the effects will be just as pronounced as with Cordygen-VO2 ULTRA.

Thanks for the help millenium! So if I get the Cre-02 then I will want to reduce my cordy 5 intake by one capsule? I will prob go ahead and get it and go for the ironman stack :) ! Crossfit looks like some intense stuff but I love that! Gotta find a place around the oklahoma area to start training! Gonna try to drop a few lbs here in a few weeks and I am sure the crossfit training will help! Will let you guys know how it goes!

Hey, 2 more quick questions. What do you think about adding in a little more bulk l-citrulline! I read somewhere that you should be using around 5-7g daily to see the benefits! I have some bulk at home and that is what I have been using! Also I have some green mag left that I have been using. Is there any way I could incorporate this into the stack so I can finish it out?

I personally feel that 2-3 grams of CM is sufficient with this stack. You can add a little more but I would caution against taking 5-7 grams total as many people have gastro-intestinal problems with doses that high. For lactic acid and ammonia scavenging Citruvol-XS should be plenty especially when combines with Carnage and C5.

If you decide to add creatine to the stack you may as well use up your G-Mag first. I would jump to CRE-02 after that for best CrossFit effects.

Thanks again!

Looks like M1, has you taken care of here.

I actually feel the CV02 a little different than most, and when I do endurance workouts I feel it more, but I tend to gauge the feel it factor, and thats where V02 hits for me. If I am going to use a cordygen product for more than 4 weeks, I go with C5.

Carnage
C5 (if 4weeks +) or CV02 (<4wks)
Rag Ultra (I like a little caffeine boost, so I like this but Citruvol always adds a nice kick)

my .02

Didn't feel really anything at all from Cordy 5 but guess it won't 'kick' as hard tell you take it few days! MMMMmmmmm I might just have to get me some VO2....or just both! haha

Keeping in mind that I am NOT a crossfitter by any means, as a 265 lb powerlifter who does cardio, cordygen 5 has done wonders for me. It makes you feel like you're about one or two levels of conditioning better than you really are, which allows you to train harder, which gets you into better shape... the first time I tried it I was just starting to do cardio again, and went from 1/2 hour dripping sweat on the elliptical to being able to hold a conversation and cruise along, instantly. Wondering if it was a fluke b/c at the time my conditioning was so poor, I gave it to a friend who is a very high level tri-athlete, and successful trainer. He sent me a text which stated "holy **** this stuff is no placeabo", he took about 30 seconds off every mile on a 10 mile run. That's just the cordy 5. Millennium has lots of other options, but I'd start with that.

Something you may consider, outside of being a crossfitter, is the mycogreen. Why do I mention it? Because I've been taking 6 caps/day, and it's done wonders for how I feel in general. No performance benefit directly (much like a multi vitamin, despite what people say) but it has to help, as more often then not, I feel good and ready to train.

I've had good success with CRE 02 and Cituvol as well as CRE 02 and Cordygen V02. Those 2 stacks are nice IMO and have done me well while I was in the middle of a vicious fight gone bad.
