I want to thank MST for the Fing fast delivery of my nitro and the free sample of Shred!!!!!! i am going to log my CRE-o2 and Nitro stack oh I have been waiting for this..... My workout plan ( MST reps all my good friends out on this site you are more then welcome to Critique my workout...

Islandmagic 5 reps of 15 sets and 20sec rest routine I will stay @ 80% of max until I feel it is to easy then I will bumb up the weight. The last time I did this i was so dam sore for couple of days .


Monday-Chest
Incline Bench 5/15
Flat Bench 5/15
Floor press 5/15
Pushups 2 sets as many as I can do with an xvest ( weight 40lb)

Tuesday-Back
Dead lift 5/15
BB row 5/15
wide grip pullups

Wednesday off

Thursday Bi and Tri
Ez bar curls 5/15
preacher DB curls 5/15
Skull crusher 5/15
Cable pulldown 5/15
Reverse pullups

Friday Legs and shoulder
Squats 5/15
BB hack squats 5/15 ( old School)
seated Milli PRess 5/15
Aroundls 5/15

Sat and sunday off

For the workout, it is quite a few sets, but if you feel it has worked well for you in the past, then give it a go. If you list your goals for this run, I could help with scheming a workout, but it looks interesting.

You do 5 reps, rest 20seconds, and keep repeating that to 15 total sets?
You use 80% of your 1RM or 80% of your 5RM?

80% of mine 5RM is what I am doing if I did 80% of my 1RM it will be impossible sorry for not not being clear!...

My goal is to kick a$$ and take names...

Goal:
Nitrocepts States:
Increase Oxgen Utillization & ATP
Maximize Strength & Endurance
Massive pumps
Libido Stamina Testosterone

My workout is kind of a litmus test on Nitro my thinking is since it will Maximize Strength & Endurance I was think doing 5/15 is a good way to show it is working right? Lets see if you can agree with me, 80% of mine 5RM this will require Strength to keep doing 5 reps plus it will also require me have great Endurance to complete 15 sets. Cre-02 will also help in this test too-- see what I am trying to do... My only Real concern is DOMS, Honestly the last time I did this I was crippled for a week No BS. I know all about post work supps but I have not found the one! I do drink Protien after my workout!

for this stack I do not care about size but I do want Power,Strength & Endurance!!!!! That is why I doing power moves dead lifts squats bb hack floor press

If you got a better plan I am willing to try!!!! I can work out 5 days if your plan needs an extra day!

Sorry, been away for the weekend, oooook, the wife didn't let me on the comp ya got me.

Anywho, yes add in some CARNAGE!!!!!

The workout will be a good shock routine, and the pumps should be SICK!

ok folks I am starting my stack on thursday!!!
I have been so dam swamp @ work and beem sick last week!!!! So I am feeling better but I want to make sure I am 100% before I go ball to the wall in the gym...

My stack

Nitro 90min before the gym

Cre 120 before the gym

Crange none workout days 2 in the am 2in afternoon and 2 night-Wokout days 4 30 min before the gym and 4 after

MVP 2 am and 2 noon

ZMK night

combat 3 tmes a day ( this includes my after workout drink)

Combat Is my protein

To be clear on the dosing

Nitro and cre will be dosing @ the same time 90 min before the gym ( per Millennium 1)

Crange is as follow
on None workout days
2caps AM 2 caps noon and 2 cap night

Workout days 4 caps 30 min before workout and 4caps after workout with my protein ( combat)

I hope this is clear...
