Pease don't be so hasty to pass judgement bud, MST and the reps are a stand up company. I, myself, have had great customer support form them, as have many of my buddies. Strong 2nd post by the way!!

How is it MST's fault that NP hasn't updated there site with the new products, like what Subweevil said, MST is squared away and are one of the most respected and trusted companies on the board.....pull the tampon out you douche.

BTW with only 2 posts and 1 of them obviously being out of conduct you should go spew your flak somewhere else, perhaps a brick wall.

We certainly were not at fault here and it was beyond our control and in NP's hands. Believe me, I'm just as discouraged as the rest of you. :mad:

What will the price be on stuff like Mycogreens that NP does not carry so therefore no price match? Will it be full retail? Thanks for taking care of your customers, BTW. I tried to put in the coupon code but that didn't work so wanted to ask.
 
It's not a coupon code. I think you just ignore the coupon code box, and instead enter the 'code' in the comments section. They'll refigure your order cost, despite what the cart will say.

ROFL. I did send in my SRB/military records and resume to Matt, but he said he already has a team for the MST counter insurgency unit. Poison you didn't get the memo.

I "assume" that they were going to price it at $16.99-$17.99 for the sale. That's just my best guess. We would honor the $16.99 price. If they load the product cheaper than that after you purchase from us we'll take care of you on the difference or allow you a credit on your next purchase.
