I recently started DC training, modified to fit my diet. I am on CKD & lift MWF, so my Mondays & Wednesdays I do standard DC, but my Fridays I have been utilizing more volume & some sport-type exercises (cleans, sprints, etc.) to deplete glycogen. The remainder (post w/o) of Friday & Saturday I refeed.
I practice Judo & my endurance seems to continuously hold me back. My goals are to decrease BF & maintain/increase strength (I am in caloric deficit during the week) & increase my aerobic/anaerobic endurance.
