    Citruvol-XS CRE-02 stack log...


    chest and shoulder Friday
    My plan on this stack is to get back to lefting shape ( shoulder and ankle issue) So I Will be doing a Pyramid 15 10 8 6 15... I be loging all my worksouts so lets see how I do with this stack. I feel so Fing strange right now... Running to the gym!

    It was a good session for me.. I felt good and my lefts was ok.. I had to change it up a little bit because of time... tomorrow will be legs...

    Today was leg day I did not take it to the max I wanted to make sure my Knee can handle all the abuse!! I felt Like I had a lot in the tank too, I wanted to do more but I made my self leave the gym...
    The one thing I find tough about Citruvol-XS and CRE-02 stack is the timing I mean you have to be on your game to get it just right I am still in the process of this plus you have to be some what discipline to take Cre-02 120 min and the Citruvol 90 mjin before you workout.... I am not taking any Stims @ all-- I thought my workouts will be sluggish and hard to focus but nope I am just feeling so good with out the stims!


    Tomorrow I will be running 5K.. See you cool cats tomorrow!

    play around with your dosing times if you'd like. It all depends on how you take to the products. I personally take my Cre-02 only 60 mins out of workout.

    I ran 5k... 26min normal time 19min race PR 17min.. OMG my legs felt like iron when I was running.. they felt so heavy, but when I worke up this am I felt fine I was not to sore... I had to slow up to complte my run, But O2 felt great and if my dam legs did feel like 1000LB i could of kept on running..

    Haha, I ran a 5k a couple months ago. I never run, ever. Took v02 pre-race and got 21:40.

    I took Citruvol-XS 50 min before run... I am loving these two products they just work...

    What up everyone!!!! TOday Bi and Tri!!!! I get a real focus from the Cre-02 When I take it I hour before the gym -I feel like everything is clear I think it is because of the Rhodiola Rosea I know all you read the same thing on the MST site for CRE-02 ingrendients, Hey I never take the word of a company until I do my on looking and research sorry MST!!!

    I am all ways going to use CRE-02 great product!!! Also I got my buddy hook too!!

    THis was great leg work... I felt real good and my legs feel real good too... I have seeing some real good result in the gym... The one big thing I see is my floor press I am getting stronger and adding more weight and reps- MST I have just converted one more soul to CRE-02.. I am getting the word out on your products....

    this is my secound week and holy crap Citruvol-XS is just the bomb I am not kidding I am so dam amazed how this product works. today I did my normal 5k. I took Citruvol-XS only for my run to see how I felt, Oh boy and joy. I was on cruise control no joke it was like I had an extra set of lungs... I am just so dam happy that I found MST I know a little A$$ kissing but dam it is the real deal... My time and i was not even trying to run hard 22.19 ...

    Hi everyone.... I just Got my Box from MST to run a Carnage Log... So AM going to have to stop this log DAM I am going to Miss My CRE-02 and Citruvol-XS... I gave my word that I will start right away so Tomorrow will be starting my Cranage log...

    Before I End this log ( will pick it back @ a later date) This is the best stack I have every used hands down!!! I did not use a prework drink or any stims but I had a great focus and power in the gym! The citruvol was just bad A$$ I have never had a supp that work so good for my endurance and running. GO get this stack and you will grow in size and strength and look good doing it!!!! Please Look for my Carnage log I am starting tomorrow!
