If thats the case, then you can play around with the dosing time to see what works best for you. Anywhere from 30-120 minutes seems to be the range in which people get the best results.
I personally go for around 45 minutes and it works great.

60-90 minutes works great for me, I've even taken it 3 hours before a run and it worked fine. Besides it being very potent, it seems to last along time, I can vaguely compare it to how long c5 lasts in my system ( which is about 8-10 hours )
In my opinion 2 hours is optimal for at least the first few doses. After that you should be able to assess your personal timing a little better. People who say 30-60 minutes works best for them have very fast digestion so play it by ear. I personally have to take it at least 90 minutes pre workout for best results and this seems to apply to about 85-90% of CRE-02 users.
