I run the mile, 800, 400, and 400x4. The track meets last about 2-3 hours so i was wondering which cordygen would be better for me?

Actually plan on trying this combo out in a week or so. Got step up the cardio machine, thinking about training for a triathlon not sure.

You could Cordy5 or CrdyV02 on training days only and still reap the benefit.From what I've heard, you have to take at least one pill of the Cordygen V02 Ultra everyday, even on on non-training days. Is this to get the the maximum benefits out of the product, or it's required to have it "work" at all?
Next question,
Let's say I want to use this kind of product on a daily basis, but I do NOT want to take even one cap of Cordygen VO2 Ultra (for daily basis, non training days). Can I just use a regular Cordyceps product on a daily basis (such as Fungi Perfecti Cordyceps or New Chapter LifeShield Cordyceps), but add a dose of the Cordygen VO2 Ultra on training/competitive days?

I can't vouche for using other cordy products, because I don't know if they work. If you've used them and like them, then adding our cordy product to that would be fine. I know our cordy products work, so I don't stray...

take the c5 in the morning, it has sustained release, take the cv02 45min pre-workout as it works almost instantly.how would i stack c5 and vo2 ultra on the one day?
also how would i take either one of them on my non traininig days to maximise the effects of it?
