RAG & CRE-02 is that overkill ?

    Question RAG & CRE-02 is that overkill ?


    I just got some rag and cre-02 . I was wondering if I could stack them together like this cre-02 on both workout&off days and just the rag on workout-days . or is that too much creatine ? help please .

    That would be both safe and effective. Not using your RAG on non-workout days means you won't get desensitized to stims

    Its not something i've personally tried, but many people take much more creatine than that for years on end with no cycle period...so I don't see why you couldn't

    I have the caffiene free version though .
    so this is good for building up strength and endurance for basketball ?

    You'll really enjoy the caffeine free version. Thats my Ragnarok of choice!

    just a lil update
    ayo u guys were right about the rag and cre-02
    EXCELLENT PRODUCTS .. FORREALS
    haha been on them for about 3weeks ..
    its so crucial mann ..
    the pump i get every workout is crazy haha
    no joke mann
    my friends thinkk im takin somethin else rather than just creatine
    haha finally gettin my weight up and my vertical is goin up too !!!!!
    and my endurance is crazy on the basketball court
    THANKS & KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !
    and the RAG does taste just like cotton candy
    ALWAYS LOOKIN FORWARD TO DRINKING IT !
    oo yeah how do i get a sample of that citruvol-xs ?

    For samples you would go to the MST website and there is a link for sample request. Just put what you would like and then allow a little bit for delivery. Don't worry if it isn't there in a few weeks...everyone and their grandmother's husband ask for samples so it takes a bit
