stack for long run

Thanks to the very generous folks at MST, I have got samples of Citruvol XS, Cordygen 5, CRE 02, Carnage, Cordygen VO2 and Ragnarok. I have a long run coming up (20 miles) and was wondering what the best stack would be to take before running and the timing as well. Thanks in advance and I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.

Sounds like the kind of run that could use a generous helping of Rok+Cordy5+Citruvol to me ;)
