I received a sample of MST Ragnarok™ in my package of sponsored MST Somnidren GH™ and MST ZMK™ for my current log (Check my signature for URL).

First off, i would like to mention the excellent packaging. The packaging was a clean, white, unmarked box. This is great because i have gotten products from companies in other companies pre-used boxes and it really cuts the creditability down. Not the case with MST, excellent packaging.

The sample came in an extremely convenient, single serving, sealed bottle. Simply add water, shake and chug. I would be very interested in purchasing these if they become a production item.

I consumed the product 45 minutes pre-workout as a standalone. I wanted to have a completely unobstructed feeling.

What a great flavor system. We have all tasted the copy-cat pre-workout formula's that taste like a pharmaceutical concoction of 'crap'. Again, not with MST. Ragnorok™ 'Warrior Melon' tasted great. As a matter of fact, i am craving it now. The watermelon tasted more like a sports drink than anything. Since it is carbohydrate free, i could have added carbs if needed. Again, i chose to use only Ragnorok™.

About 25 minutes after ingestion, i felt a the stimulant blend kick in and i soon became 'ready to (ragna) rok'. I had great, stim-shake free energy.

I was focused and had a great workout. I do not want to make any bold statements of its effectiveness on endurance or explosiveness as it was a single serving sample. I will be purchasing this product in the near future and i cannot wait to see its effectiveness on its entire, broad list of benefits.

Again, as far as a single serving sample goes. This was one of the best i have tried. I will purchase this product in the future and i sincerely appreciate Millennium Sport Technologies offering the sample to me.

If anyone has any questions on my 'experience', please contact me or post them up!!!

good review boro, thank you!

I personally also use warrior melon and love it dearly. I really loved blue raz also. Then again...I use the caff free versions so maybe they would taste different to some. I like to leave my "stim" areas open for other products :)

Great feedback man. I haven't tried the stim version, but I gotta say the non-stim one is my favorite so far. I noticed more endurance than normal, and was able to push an extra rep here and there. I like the option of adding stims if I want to. That was like a year ago, which reminds me, I need to pick up a tub of the newer stuff.

Same goes for Casey!! Nice review big guy. Blue Raz was awesome so I can only imagine what the Warrior Melon tastes like.

would have to look at the breakdown again and see where it lies.
generally you can deduce the amount by factoring in the other ingredients in the mix.
with rag, each area is broken down and there is a mg amount listed per area.
