    Yea I wanted that upper dick tatt a bit lower and more rounded but I love how it came out

    Likening it so far pumped. Feel heavier had a better sweat yesterday.

    Tomorrow is incline bench day decided to break my week up into flat bench one day incline later in the week. 100 reps pyramid up 4 sets then bak down to starting weight then reps of 10 till I hit 100

    And ill do rows and pull-ups too. I did snatch deads Friday may be a bit early to do regular deads but I love pulling so I may do it

    Body fat was down today. It'll continue to drop

    Not sure where I feel ill be in a other. 5 weeks

    Also had about 300 extra cals

    Chest and back

    12 sets of rows 12 sets incline

    1 set pull-up and push-up

    3 set cable pullover and face pulls

    6 sets abs

    Rear delt flys 100 reps warm up the. Like 4 diff press exercises more rear delta and some laterals

    Rope push downs overhead ext

    Close grip bench super set with dips reverse grip tri ext

    So shoulders and tris today. Did some sprints first

    Had protein pancakes 90g protein 45g far some left over chicken chili like 5 oz. I will be eating one 6 oz turkey burger later tonight

    I will be using natty v aav2 recompadrol

    Smolder and 7oxo

    Just going to keep diet the same. Coop seems to think the new oep is better lipolytically then the old but to e honest I haven't looked at current research for it and the new ingredients

    Been focusing on my product. Which so far I like sweating more better endurance better strength

    I don't eat wheat or gluten unless a cheat

    But hasn't been bad

    Same girl for last year and a half but last 6 months we haven't been "boyfriend girlfriend" title. But still see eachother it's weird but yanno. Life. Take the good with the bad but we are committed to eachother

  26. Ate a pie of pizza and 2 small ice cream slices 1.5 serving dark chocolate

    Then I had grilled chicken and salad

    So all in all calories weren't too bad today just that one meal

    And it was post workout. So I should be good

    Found out I'm 5 10 and not 5 10.5 . I really wanted that half inch fml

    Nolvadren eh. I saw more of a difference in how I felt on the holy basil extract

    Will use that for cortisol as it shown to reduce glucocorticoid rise in blood sugar

    Feels better on my body too just tastes like ass

    Answered my query on the MAN Supps.

    Holy basil is great. Does it hit the 11-HSD for cortisol or work a diff path?
