Pre workout:

At2 2 caps
Nolvadren 1 cap
Aav2 2 caps
Natty v 2 caps
250mg osthole

Post workout pre meal:
Recompadrol 4-8 caps

Post meal:
Prxt

Mid day:
Aav2 1 cap
Natty v 2 caps
At2 1 cap

Pre bed:
Aav2 2 caps
Nolvadren 1 cap

Diet:

One meal a day usually 2 lbs chicken plus whatever fat I use. Mainly almond butter, peanut butter, raw milk or eggs with meal

Cals.... Idk not more then 2200-2400. Chicken is crusted in almond meal. If not then add more pb

Diet today was

6 eggs
50 oz unpastuerized raw milk
4 scoops pro complex
Almond butter
Ground chicke

That's all. But it was a lot with all that milk in one sitting

Tomorrow I need to get more food for the week. Another 9 lbs chicken and some turkey

I go through a lot of chicken. I meet get bored of it

I was ****ing hungry tonight. I ate my meal at like 1030 am today so by the time I got back from work like 30 min Ago I was starving. Had more almond butter and ground chicken

Again don't know my macros but tomorrow will be lower fat higher protein for legs

Ten low cal thurs moderate Friday and sat low sun and mon then really high Tuesday for Xmas morning

So still nothing to report


I will more then likely be in the gym everyday including Tuesday then take Wednesday off. This way I can eat somewhat Xmas morning in order to keep sanity

I am hoping this stack does something

I don't feel anything from at2 yet. Except for whatever reason I'm a bit cold right now and usually I'm really warm in my room

Will be hitting gym in about 20 min

Then a bunch of low rep cleans with the squat ending eat 175

Alright Guys. Just got up extremely tired.


Have a huge knot in back hurts to breathe. Right behind my shoulder blade

Looks like of I hit the gym it'll be chest only

Going to foam roll in a bit.

Been too lenient past few days on diet. Totally getting back on track today

Killer recomp stack man. Sorry to hear about that knot man. Hopefully you recover from that in a timely manner.

I really think PR-XT will yield noticeable effects in 2 weeks. There have been a few loggers that are noticing increased strength and libido after only 1 week. Varies from person to person though, so just hang in there, PR-XT will be doing it's magic soon :D

20g bcaa

Cals.... Low. Not up to what I want but I need them low based on what the body fat machine said.

Also didn't realize been doing only 5 cap aav2 instead of 6. Corrected that yesterday

Already feel a difference in appetite

Knot on left side is inflamed I can see it when shirt is off

Now I guess I got a know from overcompensating on the right side

Going to just relax today took all pills

Look lean as **** hoping by Sunday ill be a bit above 9.5%.

I can relate man. I go to sleep and wake up 5 pounds lighter and during the day it can fluctuate 10 pounds.

I usually stay within 2 lbs

Just made turkey chili with cauliflower broccoli and pepper with chili powder cayenne lemon pepper paprika garlic powder and onion powder.

If I eat it all with 11 oz goat cheese it's about 3000 cals

Will prolly eat half now and some later

Yes Anacylus is an awesome ingredient, I feel it from my first few doses.

Ended up having 3 tbsp pb and half block of bakers chocolate along with 2 scoops pro complex a little after

I'm don't till tomorrow afternoon.

Tomorrow I will be making chicken probably about 4 lbs.

I have to cook for my father. I am training him and got him on my products along with now cooking for him o get his health back

Am realizing after being off protein powder for a long time that even pro complex makes me retain water and have to ****. Like not normal **** either. Like never ending wipe status where you feel you have to shower after

Woke up took all pills then had my pre workout


Today was dark rage. Upon 5 seconds of finishing I had to crap. It's like clockwork. Gimme caffeine and I poop.

Anyway.

Feel ok this morning. Was very hungry because I finished eating yesterday at 430 pm or so.

Already been 16 hours or more to lazy to do the math.

Will probably eat around 2-4

I'm going to try and do titties and back.

I would like to start my topicals still waiting ar***** Supposed to get here though.

Got great news the other day finishing The year on a good note. All ingredients are off hold from customs for restock of recompadrol and aav2.


What else do I have to say hmmm.

Back is feeling like 80% ill hit it though BC I hit chest 2x already this week so I definitely need to balance my body out

Look lean still no where near where I want to be. Maybe should add hiit but honestly. To ****ing lazy
