I really think PR-XT will yield noticeable effects in 2 weeks. There have been a few loggers that are noticing increased strength and libido after only 1 week. Varies from person to person though, so just hang in there, PR-XT will be doing it's magic soon![]()

So diet was
6 eggs
6 oz chicken
2 scoop pro complex
A head of broccol
1.5 oz goat cheese
20g bcaa
6oz almond milk
6oz coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tbsp pb
1/2 square bakers chocolate
Cals.... Low. Not up to what I want but I need them low based on what the body fat machine said.
Also didn't realize been doing only 5 cap aav2 instead of 6. Corrected that yesterday
Already feel a difference in appetite

I can relate man. I go to sleep and wake up 5 pounds lighter and during the day it can fluctuate 10 pounds.
I dont always post on anabolicminds, but when I do it's because someone is an idiot.
