    Going to just relax today took all pills

    Look lean as **** hoping by Sunday ill be a bit above 9.5%.

  8. I can relate man. I go to sleep and wake up 5 pounds lighter and during the day it can fluctuate 10 pounds.

    I usually stay within 2 lbs

    Just made turkey chili with cauliflower broccoli and pepper with chili powder cayenne lemon pepper paprika garlic powder and onion powder.

    If I eat it all with 11 oz goat cheese it's about 3000 cals

    Will prolly eat half now and some later

  13. Ended up having 3 tbsp pb and half block of bakers chocolate along with 2 scoops pro complex a little after

    I'm don't till tomorrow afternoon.

    Tomorrow I will be making chicken probably about 4 lbs.

    I have to cook for my father. I am training him and got him on my products along with now cooking for him o get his health back

  16. Woke up took all pills then had my pre workout


    Today was dark rage. Upon 5 seconds of finishing I had to crap. It's like clockwork. Gimme caffeine and I poop.

    Anyway.

    Feel ok this morning. Was very hungry because I finished eating yesterday at 430 pm or so.

    Already been 16 hours or more to lazy to do the math.

    Will probably eat around 2-4

    I'm going to try and do titties and back.

    I would like to start my topicals still waiting ar***** Supposed to get here though.

    Got great news the other day finishing The year on a good note. All ingredients are off hold from customs for restock of recompadrol and aav2.


    What else do I have to say hmmm.

    Back is feeling like 80% ill hit it though BC I hit chest 2x already this week so I definitely need to balance my body out

    Look lean still no where near where I want to be. Maybe should add hiit but honestly. To ****ing lazy

  22. Finally got a chance to get in here. Solid log so far. Glad to see your okay with a fluctuating diet based on hunger and feel. Must know your body well.

    How are your joints? More than fifty mg erase and I'd be in pain all day. Just poppin and crackin.

    If you can even tell within this stack, how do feel the PR-XT is effecting your appetite? Strangely, it is crushing mine, instead of how the maim active usually acts in me.

    What topicals you adding?

    I do t feel it works well as an AI I feel the dry joints feel can be from modulated cortisol

  24. O didn't feel it was a strong cortisol modulator at all. Kind of a secondary trait and mild at best. A.I. effect seemed pretty prevalent.

  28. Recompadrol+Anabeta; still the best thing I've ever put in my body.

    Could pick up some 11-KT or 7-KT Spray.

    Going to run Alphamine, Recompadrol, 11-KT come when I am done my PR-XT log.

    I have not run Nolvadren, but very much liked erase.
