Low e2 symptoms

My e2 was checked by Quest Ultrasenstive and was 48 and I was taking .25 Arimidex EOD and the dose was increased to .50 EOD and my question what are symptoms of E2 being to low. I am on TRT with DR John and I am just trying to learn more. Thanks for any info.
